Very comfortable room and spacious bathroom.
Staff were very helpful over email - gave me an early check in and a slightly late check out and overall so polite over their comms.

Only 10 min. of walk to old town center.
Very quite.
Very clean and well maintained.
Large and well decorated rooms.
Rooms are hot, you need to open windows even in winter.

Location was nice
No receptionist, rude security and aloof wait staff. I called while on site and got into an argument with the person on the phone who insisted an email with check in instructions was sent and opened at a certain time. Only to find out he used the wrong email address! The room was not cleaned, feces in the toilet, the bed sheets were spiked, the runner for the bed was soiled clumps of hair on the bed and floor.

The location was great, the room was really spacious. TV was of high quality.
We ordered a room with king bed, and got two separate beds that were combined into one.
the pillows were uncomfortable at all.
The room had no safe in it, to put our valuables.
It wasn't clean enough, and many parts of the room require mild fixing (loose door knobs, unable to fully close the shower doors, stuff like this).
also, the hotel has no staff. when we encountered an issue, we didn't know who to ask.

We were truly so happy with our stay here! The room was spacious, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable, and it was always spotless. The food was delicious, and every day just felt easy and enjoyable. We absolutely recommend this place 100%! The location is perfect close to shops, tourist spots, and the train station. We loved our experience at Maestro by Adez in Prague!
