It was nice to have the self check-in option. Prompt responses from host with all details of the location and included some site attractions and how to get there, really nice this one! There is a restaurant right on the ground floor and also 2 non-stop stores for water or other supplies. There is no parking included, but you have some options nearby, host will provide details, take into account you will need to pay for that separately.
I wish the apartment had windows screens and it would be good to have the option for parking included.

The location was okay
Watch your credit card numbers. There is a scam going on, they charge you unknown conversion rate in czk but they display their room rate in Euro. Like 3 to 5% markup. How is this legal. Then when you complain you get answered by AI WhatsApp and they act like they dont know while so many previous reviews say the same thing

The location was very good and safe. We had a concern over not chaanged sheets and we emailed the reception. They addressed it so quickly and they changed the sheets the same day evening. We were so happy after.
There were hair on the sheets, obviously sheets wee not changed when we got the room. That was so disgusting. But I emailed them and they changed them so quickly. Also, there were dirty spots on the bathroom and shower walls. The house keeping staff are not doing their job properly.

Location 5 mins walk to train station, 15mins walk to city centre. Spacious room with availability of coffee machine,safe and amole

Walk 15mins to City centre to their reception in another branch, thats tiring especially when u ve travelled long way. Without this room number n passkey nt provided.That facilitation should be provided by any staff at maestro not a big deal to make guests comfy n facilitate ease.
Breakfast menu is satisfactory but can be improved.

Really close to the town center, very comfortable and a great deal for the price. The bed was very comfortable. Shampoo, soap and shower gel were both provided. Towels were provided, too.
The entrance door to the building was very heavy to open and close, so it may be an accessibility issue for those with mobility problems or disabled people.

The ac didn’t work properly so we had to open the windows which made the room too light and noisy.
Breakfast was just ok, we came 5 min after they opened and the eggs were lukewarm.

Very disappointing experience.
The cleaning service was by far the worst I've experienced. We accidentally spilled coffee on the bed sheets, so we left them on the floor to make it obvious they needed to be replaced. Instead, the housekeeping staff simply picked the same dirty sheets up from the floor and put them back on the bed. That is completely unacceptable and shows a shocking lack of hygiene and professionalism.
We contacted the staff about several issues, but they were rude and dismissive in their responses instead of trying to resolve the problems.
Housekeeping barely cleaned the room or replenished basic items. During one visit while we were out for lunch, they also switched off the electricity and the central air conditioning. I had intentionally left my computer running, but when I returned it had been powered off because they had cut the electricity.
After these repeated issues, we asked the hotel not to send housekeeping into our room anymore because they were causing more inconvenience than help.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

Close to the train station and not far from the Metro to the airport. Has a luggage storage room with a security person. The room was a good size and had a little fridge.
This company does not have reception desks at their properties. When I called and pressed the number for customer care, no one picked up. I had to call again and press the number for the remote reception desk. The front door at Maestro is very heavy.
