Exceptional
We booked the superior room on the 3rd floor with amazing view and breakfast included. The food was really good tasting, you can take whatever you want from fourchette tables. The hotel is about 2 minutes from the Václavské námesty (Wenceslav Square), and about 10-15 minutes to go on foot to the most popular places such as Old Town Square, Franz Kafka Head Palladium Mall. Really good place, nearby on Wenceslav Square are most of popular shops and food markets.
On Christmas time, breakfast on the restaurant A.Dvořák was also working, what is a great thing, because most of the malls, shops are not working during 25-26 of December.

Breakfast it was a joke , once they run out of products don’t don’t replace it, even basics like juice, milk , cereals, bread…. Not worthy
Also there is not a desk to talk to someone in person as everything is online

The location was great, the room was really spacious. TV was of high quality.
We ordered a room with king bed, and got two separate beds that were combined into one.
the pillows were uncomfortable at all.
The room had no safe in it, to put our valuables.
It wasn't clean enough, and many parts of the room require mild fixing (loose door knobs, unable to fully close the shower doors, stuff like this).
also, the hotel has no staff. when we encountered an issue, we didn't know who to ask.

Staff very helpful.
Luggage storage available for free.
Housekeeping was nearly inexistent. We had to wait hours to be given fresh towels and room was only refreshed once in five days and had to beg for it to be done. Very disappointed since staff especially during breakfast were very nice. Found also good assistance from security. Sometimes the pin code to enter the room was somewhat tricky.
