The location is perfect! On the borders of the old Town and the new town.
The bathroom was big enough but the toilet seat was very old and dirty.

we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel the room was very clean, breakfast had variety to choose from, the staff was very polite. Also the location was very pleasant it was not in the city centre itself but like 5 minutes by walk until old town and 2 minutes walk until train station

Location.
The room was super cold and we couldnt get the A/C warmer. The pillows werent good. The breakfast was average, not a good breakfast for a 4* hotel.

Location of the hotel was great. Breakfast was good as well.
Room was really cold, heating wasn't working while we stayed in the middle of the winter with minus temperatures outside. Electric radiators weren't provided on request and Staff didn't seem to care that rooms are cold. Answer from reception I got was: I am sorry it's cold, heating is broken, but it's like that in all hotel. From my point of view, that's unacceptable just to say sorry and not try to solve the problem.

demanded full payment of hotel room when checking in
we have stayed at this hotel over a number of years
but after this visit will not be EVER returning again

The location was good. Right next o city centre
I cant believe this is a 4 star hotel. The qaulity of the stay was poor. The breakfast room is all over the place spread out over 3 rooms for different things.

- Central location to surrounding city and sites - Staff were friendly and personable
- The room looked nothing like what was listed on the booking - The wifi was advertised as high speed but had a very poor connection - The fitness & steam room looked nothing like the advertisement and hadn't been used or cleaned in many months - The rooms had a small outdated TV, but we were told that the hotel didn't use them anymore so no remote was provided - The room was covered in dust and spiders - The hotel advertised a 24/7 room service as well as a bar and evening dinner service, although all of this was not available and we were told that only a buffet breakfast was available.
