The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the hotel was clean and inviting
The location was a bit of a nuisance as its quite far out if your going to walk into the city but if not it was very easy to get a bolt in and out of the city.
The pillows were horrible just horrible, no support in them whatsoever.
The breakfast could have been a little better to be honest, not great in their selection.

Fresh clean, 24 hour reception, lovely area, daily maid service, very comfortable bed, nice outdoor seating area, breakfast was incredible!! Staff very helpful well mannered and spoke beautiful English

By far, the biggest asset is the wonderful staff of the hotel, starting with Josef, the manager, and all colleagues from the reception.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Everyone was smiling and just overall good energy. Location is really nice, close to subway and park Stromovka.

The reception staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in helping us plan our days. The room was lovely and comfortable with plenty of space. The restaurant space was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again
The breakfast could be a bit better. Some days there wasn't much choice but it might depend on what time you come down.
