All good, starting with the staffs willingness to help (with tips on what we can visit, which means of transportation to use, even tickets if needed, weve also received a nice little map of the city), to the design of the room, to the tasty breakfast, to the surrounding area close to embassies and even a police station.. so as safe as it gets and really quiet :) we would definitely stay here again

We have an amazing stay in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and supportive, especially Martin ( many thanks for your help with booking 1 more night in your hotel). We stayed in separate house with garden and it was like living in the country! Our child liked it greatly. Breakfast was good enough. It was clean. Teapot in the room so you can make tea and coffee capsule machine in the room. The staff even put water without gas, paying attention we have kid. Many thanks for treating us in this manner.

Super polite staff, great communication prior the arrival and during the stay, quick check-in and check-out. Clean room, comfy bed.
There is a gap under the door I saw before in cheap US hotels, you can hear hallway noise. Wooden parts of the hotel are creaking.

A small and cosy hotel that was perfect for our first time in Prague. We were very well welcomed, were given good advice on how to discover the city. Breakfast was limited but efficient (and good) which we appreciated. No need to go over the top with choices if they are not good! The room was spacious, clean, the surroundings are calm. 8 minute walk to the metro, but easy to have a nice walk to the old town with beautiful sights.
We didn't dislike anything particular. If we are talking improvement, common areas could be modernized (reception, breakfast room...) a bit but that is just personal taste!
