Nice, relaxed breakfast. Very spacious suite
Only one TV channel worked, and that was in French. Google TV remote was present, but also wasn't working. Bath plug didn't work so no option for a bath. And most seriously, we returned from a day out to find out room door open. Not sure the staff really took it seriously enough when I told them.

The staff at Hotel Schwaiger went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. They helped us find dinner reservations for restaurants even on NYE when everywhere was full. They helped us book and map out public transportation. The room was stocked with anything you could think of. Breakfast was really amazing every morning. The beds and bedding were so comfy, and I wish I could bring them back home with me. The location is a little out of the city center which may be a downside to some people, but for us it was perfect. Just far enough to be quiet and relaxed, but close enough to be in the city within 20 mins via public transportation.

We chose this hotel after reading wonderful reviews about the friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and comfortable facilities, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, away from the tourist crowds, which we really appreciated after long, busy days exploring the city. We stayed on Christmas Eve, and the thoughtful gesture of the staff bringing us Christmas cookies made our stay feel extra special and memorable.

Location was perfect! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Onsite restaurant very convenient, and food was great. Liked the fact that we could buy transport tickets at the hotel. Manager even accommodated us by changing our room to one with a shower as my husband wasn't able to use the bath in our original room.

Breakfast variety, waffles selfservice, "henry vejce" is TOP please keep serving! Room nice and clean, we cherish the upgrade we got love it! Garden bar as always comfy and tasty beer and food with good service.
The mattraces need to be changed, cause they are having hollows.
