Wonderful
The location of the hotel was ideal for trips in the city centre and for sightseeing.
The breakfast was really nice and showed variation from day to day - really great.
The staff at the reception were always very polite and helpful.
We had a family suite for four - the furniture and style is from another past time - but all was clean, well maintained and consistently matching the hotels sympathetic style.
The parking was only at a distance in a parking facility of another hotel. The distance was not far so it was not a problem and very acceptable.

Central, quirky and friendly on check in
Difficult to fall asleep with noise of lift and other guests but what’s even worse was being woken up both mornings at 5am with the noise of the staff putting out trolleys, it was deafening. Would not book again and would not recommend. Also there was only one single duvet and 1 pillow for a double room? I asked for an extra pillow but can’t understand the duvet and no top sheet… very strange.

Location
Had to report issue with plug on sink 3 times before fixed.
Left sign out for room to be cleaned and it wasn't done or towels changed, had to go to reception to get clean ones.

Excellent location of the hotel. The breakfast is very good. The stuff in the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. Main attractions are in the walking distance even with small kids. There is a shopping mall nearby with a grocery store.

The value for money was amazing. We booked an attic room (because it was really cheap) and fully expected it to be tiny, but we figured it was only one night so why not. But we were amazed. It was a full apartment in the attic, with two large rooms, four queen-size beds (two in each room), a coffee machine, fridge, two leather couches, tables and chairs. It was clean and tidy. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a great shower.
There are no windows that you can see out of, but they are sort of in the sloping roof. You can open them for fresh air, but can't really see out. Also when we got there it was pretty warm inside (because of those upward-facing windows) but there was an air conditioner in both rooms and it didn't take too long to cool. Oh one other thing is that although the elevator goes up to level 4, you then have to walk up one flight of stairs to the attic apartments.

The rooms and bathroom had some smell of mold/dampness, maybe it’s because the building is very old.

The hotel was "colorful" with friendly, knowlegeable staff in a convenient, quiet location, within walking distance of the Clock Tower. Our room was large and well-equipped with a small fridge, coffee maker, iron and safe. There was no a/c but we did not need it at the end of May/beginning of June. The large, tiled bathroom had ample hot water and was very clean. There was a variety of food and drink options for breakfast
Two major negative aspects: 1) the room was carpeted and the carpet was old, discolored and frayed in spots and appeared not to be clean; 2) The mattress on the bed was not comfortable, almost comical, resembling a bundle of lumps

Colorfull, cozy and friendly place in a very nice area of Prague. Good breakfast also with a filtered coffee. The staff was super nice and friendly, especially lovely and charming lady and young guy welcoming us in the reception desk. I had a large room, and the stay was very positive
There was no air conditioning - it was ok, but during summer it could be hot. However there is a fan in the room

The hotel has a restaurant on the groud floor and the food were good.
Also, there was a shopping mall very close to the hotel wiith bookstore, caffes, Senhora, Douglas, etc. Paladium was the name.
My room had a very annoying noise all day and night. It seemed that the noise was coming from the pipes of the heating system but it was off. Still the noise continued and did not let me sleep well.
