Location was fine
We did not have heat during our entire stay. The hotel did not want to refund us anything. Outside was freezing 0C. The staff said someone will look into it but it was never fixed nor we received any feedback. One of the worst stays of our lives, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. On top of that, we also did not have hot water for the first night.

Very Good
Since I was traveling on my own, I felt a bit anxious and unsure while looking for a hotel. But once I arrived and experienced my stay, I realized I had made the perfect choice. The location was excellent — I could walk almost everywhere, and using the metro was always easy and convenient. The staff were also very supportive and kind.
Overall, it turned into a truly delightful experience for me.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The hotel’s location near Wenzelplatz is ideal, with everything in the city center easy to reach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great value for money.
If you need a parking space, this is a smart option. It's included in the price, whereas otherwise it would cost up to €30 per day.
The air conditioning was a bit tricky at night (winter), to warm with blanket, to cold without. The pillows were larger than I prefer. (Luxury problems can make life so hard

Good and easy to find location, big, comfortable and clean room, very good breakfast.
The bathroom fan was noisy, pretty much like a small diesel engine, luckily it didn’t run too long after using the bathroom. Parking is paid by the hotel, but you have to find your parking place on the nearby streets.

The location of hotel was amazing! The tram lines and metro are great, and you are connected to the most important locations, but you can also go by foot because of close proximity to the city centre. Breakfast was perfect, we recommend it! The rooms were nice and very clean. We also got some amazing welcoming gifts! The hotel has the "old look" while being equipped with all the necessary things for stay. The soap/shampo was provided in a bit smaller amount than anticipated (this was not a problem for us since we bring our own stuff; in addition there is the shop that works until 23h and is close to hotel). People at the reception desk were very kind and helpful!

Comfortable hotel in a great location close to old town and metro/tram. The surfaces and furniture are oldish, but everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and responded to all our requests. The breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from.
