The hotel itself has very good installations, a nice breakfast, and an excellent location, which makes it convenient for exploring Prague.
Unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by a very disappointing situation: my car was wheel-clamped due to the hotel’s negligence, and I had to wait a long time for the police to remove the device plus I got a ticket to my name due to this situation which is frustrating. This wasted a lot of time and created unnecessary stress during my trip.

Our stay was great, the staff made sure we felt really welcomed in the hotel, we got offered a welcome drink free of charge, we got bottled water for our way back, the hotel even acknowledged that it was my birthday! The location is great, 5 minute walk from a tram station and from the B line metro station.
What you see is literally what you get, an older style hotel that offers free parking in special zones around the hotel, located literally in the city centre.
I am really happy that we booked this hotel for my Praha birthday trip :)
There were some things that could use some touch ups, the hotel is open about not having AC but the rooms can get a little warm and it might be uncomfortable for some.
The breakfast could be a little bit more varied (maybe a little less sweet options such as cakes and a little bit more savoury options to choose from), and I would personally appreciate if there were regular plates available.
But overall, not many downsides.

Nice clean place to stay when you are in Prague for one or two nights. Close to the city center - in a walkable distance.
Although the hotel offers free parking they do not have any parking places. They just instruct you to park on the public paid parking places around (not really in a close distance) with promise that they will arrange the payment. In fact there was a city police officer in front of the hotel warning us to be careful - that there were cases when hotel guests got a fine for unpaid parking although hotel declared it as paid. And exactly that happened to us! Got a fine although I tried to get confirmation from the staff that the payment was processed. Hotel then (via email communication) offered to refund the fine I had to pay - but after a more than a month still I do not have my money back. Very disappointing experience.
