Great hotel, comfortable room with all you need, comfortable bed, clean, and super nice staff. Good location nearby metro station (I.P. Pavlova) with many shops around, and one stop from the Congress Centre.

The hotel style is something out of an Agatha Christie's novel, which we enjoyed a lot. The weather was hot, but even though the room didn't have AC, it had some kind of an cooling system in place, which the very kind staff told us about upon arrival. The breakfast was basic, but at the same time had everything. Overall it was a great experience. The value for money is very good! P.s. If you want a quiet night's sleep, choose or ask for a room with a garden/courtyard view. It will be less hot and really quiet!
Maybe a tad too far from the old town/city centre, but still walkable distance :)

I enjoyed the breakfast, good attentive staff and the clean facilities. Very enjoyable stay. Close to metro and city center. Stayed for a week.

No air conditioning; bedroom temperature 28C or more. Paid for upgraded room, hotel unable to provide.

Staff were extremely friendly. We arrived on a very hot day and were welcomed with bottles of water. Also in the rooms a carafe of water, a bottle of wine and shortly after a bottle of sparkling wine on ice. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was on. Location was good.
Breakfasts were very good.
We would definitely stay there again.
It was a bit of a tight squeeze to get into shower and the water temperature varied (warm to cool and back to warm). However it was not a big issue for us.

Everything was clean and perfectly maintained, the bed super comfy. A bottle of wine as a courtesy. The breakfast bar one of the best I've ever seen.
The noise coming from the nearby road is insupportable. I could'n sleep at all, not even with the window tightly closed. Next time I would ask for a room with windows facing the courtyard (if there are such rooms).
