All the staff were excellent. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful with all of our questions and were able to provide advice on everything. Complimentary wine in the room and a free glass of Prosecco were a very nice touch. Breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast was good plenty of choices. The location was good not far to walk to anywhere.
The rooms were quite hot as there was no air conditioning in the rooms. If you left the windows open at night unfortunately the noise of the traffic was rather noisy. So therefore you didn’t get much sleep.

The Staff were absolutely brilliant. Tonight the receptionist, I just missed his name went beyond to help me. The location is also great. What a lovely hotel. The breakfast had such a lovely range of foods.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Room was nice, clean and comfortable, there was complimentary wine and water - which was really pleasant and surprising :)
The Staff was warm and welcoming.
Breakfast were very tasty and plenty of choices.
Smoking area should be relocated, we could smell the fumes in the room throughout the open windows.

The hotel has a great location—it's close to everything, which was very convenient.
Unfortunately, the room was quite disappointing. While it appeared clean when we arrived, by the second day it started to smell like an old carpet. The ventilation system was filthy on the inside and full of dust. After just one night, my sinusitis was triggered, and I felt sick for the rest of our stay. Turning off the system made me feel a bit better, which clearly indicates it was blowing dusty air throughout the room. I sincerely hope the management addresses this, as it poses a serious health risk.
The room also had maintenance issues that we chose not to report, as we were already uncomfortable. The shower had a loose screw and wasn’t working properly. The mini fridge didn’t cool at all—it was basically useless.
On the positive side, the service was friendly. The staff were attentive and repeatedly assured us that they were available if we needed anything. However, there was an awkward incident at the bar. We went to redeem our complimentary drink voucher for a glass of prosecco. When I asked if there were any alternatives, the barman/receptionist said only prosecco was available. I accepted that, and he kindly offered to pour only half a glass in case I didn’t want to finish it. But he ended up giving a full glass. When my husband and I discussed whether he should finish it, the barman surprisingly offered to pour it back into the bottle to be served again. I was honestly shocked. That’s simply not hygienic, especially for a hotel claiming to be 4-star.
The food was decent only on Monday. The following day, I noticed and could taste that some of the food had been reused from the previous day. From then on, I stuck only to items that were clearly freshly prepared. The bread was a bit hard, some of the cheeses were dried out, and the dining area floor was noticeably dirty, with lots of crumbs.
Final thoughts:
We do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and we’re very satisfied with the experience. We chose the location deliberately — close to the city centre but not right in the middle, and it turned out to be perfect. Tram and metro stops for all directions across Prague were within a 10-minute walk, making it super convenient.
Parking was free, covered by the hotel, and they gave us clear instructions on where to park, which gave us peace of mind. Check-in was smooth and fast, and we were pleasantly surprised with small welcome gifts, including a Prague Pass that gave us discounts on activities and meals.
The room had a warm, classic style, which added a unique charm to our stay. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with pancakes for our little one being a highlight. We absolutely recommend this hotel — it made our trip even more enjoyable!

The reception staff were great, they were very kind people and helped us with anything we needed. Apart from that, we were by chance at this hotel at the date of my daughter's birthday. I am thankful to the whole hotel staff for the surprising gift for my daughter's birthday... Was a really good surprise:)

Room was spacious and beautiful. Have to mention that the cleaning lady does a great job. Breakfast was good, girls at the reception are very nice and knowledgeable, especially Polina. Many people mentioned that the walls are quite thin. We had a family next to us with a little child who cried many times during our stay, but it wasn't bothering and I would like to highlight that I am a bad sleeper.

Very centrally located hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Given the location the price is definitely justified. The hotel is very close to the city center but taking a taxi back is probably a good idea since it's quite a climb uphill on the way back :)
The bathroom faucets are quite old. It might be time for an update.

The staff interaction was very friendly and excellent. We also appreciated the good welcome package and the useful discount card upon arrival
The breakfast was quite average and didn't offer anything special, which was a bit disappointing. The overall hotel space felt a bit small, and the lobby and other facilities were quite limited
