Close to metro (still around 500m). Nice area. Clean room, large bathroom. Room would be ok if not the noise and price. Probably ok for cold days if one can sleep with closed windows or does not mind the noise.
Windows just over 4-lane (!) street with cars going around all night. Room was like an oven even at midnight (the day was warm around 24 degrees so not extremely hot and the evening was nice and cool but it did not help) , with no a/c we could only use the open window and a fan. With street noise and fan noise the room was so noisy that it was an awful night. The price was very high, I understand that there was a large concert played with thousands of people increasing the demand but almost 230eur without breakfast seems like a joke. Anyway with that noise I would not take the room even for eur 100.

The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel is quiet and there is no noise from outside, it is tidy and offers many benefits (for example: Prag pass, a voucher for drinks at the hotel and Caffe Panorama, a discount for the next stay, and as a thank you I received a magnet as a souvenir). The breakfast is varied and constantly replenished so that nothing is missing. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport (800 CZK) which is great because we needed a taxi at 4 am. I will definitely book this hotel again for my next stay!

Great Hotel! The lady at reception was amazing! Could not do enough for you to make your stay easy and comfortable. Was able to sort an early check in so we could get changed from our flight ready to go straight out. Great with information. She made our stay great. The hotel itself was exactly what we wanted. Great location, comfy beds and just had a great relaxing feel about it. When we return to Prague we will definitely stay in this hotel again!
Only positive things for our stay, nothing negative.

We got there late because of travelling and got told the hotel was over booked so we had to use another hour to get to their sister hotel. The staff was very nice but the room was horrendous. It was extremely dirty and there was a big poop stain on the bed, hidden by the bathroom towels on top. I walk out of this hotel feeling very dirty and won't be coming back

Traditional hotel, very good breakfast. Rooms are clean, but not the newest. For the paid price it was very good! Not far to the next tramway station. Free parking on dedicated streets next to the hotel, but you need to be careful were you park and give the registration-number to the hotel-staff.

A very pleasant hotel. Good location—about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town. The rooms are clean and tidy, but there’s no air conditioning. It didn’t bother us, but I can imagine it might be an issue in the middle of summer.
We were greeted with a bottle of wine upon arrival, which was a very nice touch.
Breakfasts were tasty and varied.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff—always ready to give advice or assistance. A bottle of water at the end of our stay was another thoughtful gesture.
Overall, I highly recommend it!
If I had to point out something, it would be the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, as mentioned earlier. I would also add the issue with parking for those traveling by car — but that’s something you can expect in any major European city.

The bed consists of 2 mattresses. Also, if you have a light sleep, you should bring ear plugs. Walls are a bit thin.

Misleading Parking Information – Very Disappointing
I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised “Free Parking.” However, upon arrival, I was told there is no parking at the hotel. I was instead sent to park at another hotel 300 meters away — something that was not mentioned anywhere in the listing.
There was no free public parking nearby, and street parking was paid. This was misleading and inconvenient. I contacted the hotel multiple times, requested a partial refund, and received either vague replies or complete silence.
If you need parking, be very careful – the listing is deceptive.
Unfortunately, this experience ruined my trust in this property. Not recommended.
