We arrived late and at the reception found out that we booked the room for a week later. The extremely nice and helpful young lady at the desk managed to give us a room anyway, for a little higher price, but that was ok, the hotel was fully booked but she fixed our problem - completely our fault - in such a nice manner. Kudos for such great hospitality. Room was great, wonderful bed, nice bathroom, central location. Will definitely come back again!

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was tasty and there were many restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Warm water in the shower and very good beds!

Amazing value for the money situated in the city center of Prague near everything you need to see during and we can stay a longer term absolutely amazing breakfast with porridge which I haven’t seen for quite a long time friendly staff reception 24 seven definitely recommended

The hotel is close to the centre but away from the mass of tourists.
The room had a lovely welcome bottle of prosecco and we got a couple of nice gifts at check out.
To set expectations right: this is a three star hotel. If you expect a four, you'll be disappointed. But the price was okay and the room was just fine for two people. Single beds are small, breakfast wasn't very fresh. No croissant, only industrial cakes. Ham was constantly insisted and the service to refill was slow. No alternative milk. The bathroom is small and dated. For a 3 star it's ok, but set expectations right.
At check out they asked us to give them 10 star rating while giving us small gifts (cookies and a magnet) which is think explains the inflated score.
