The staff were really friendly and helpful. On the first night we asked for a restaurant recommendation and they did not disappoint. It was a short walk and the food was lovely. The piano bar was great, and with a complimentary glass of prosecco we enjoyed a lovely evening. Super hotel, would definitely recommend.

Very helpful and friendly staff, super comfortable bed, a bidet (every bathroom should have one), a fantastic breakfast, well located… very close to but not actually in the old town, and with the expensive street parking covered by the hotel.
Would I recommend staying here, yes definitely, but there are a couple of negative points to consider as well.
TV and Aircon didn’t work in my room. It wasn’t a big deal on this occasion, but I told the staff about it anyway and they were really nice and helpful so I’m sure it will all be fixed soon.

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, and helped get us settled and everything else we thought of during the trip. The room was exactly what we expected it to be, and the location is great because it is very walkable. Overall, we plan on returning!

The stay was disappointing. The air conditioning, ventilation system, and bathroom exhaust were not working, which made the room very uncomfortable. The room had a window facing an inner courtyard that was completely covered with a roof, so it was impossible to properly ventilate the space.
The bathroom was also in poor condition. The bathroom door was broken, the sink drain was clogged with hair, and the sealing in the bathroom was faulty, causing water to leak and leaving the entire floor wet after using the shower.
Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not properly cleaned or checked before guests arrived.

The facilities were very nice and made the hotel and room feels cozy. There was complimentary sweets, wine and water in the room. Room was quiet. The breakfast was with very big variety and it was delicious. Breakfast time 07-11 is suitable for everyone's needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We received Prague Pass and vouchers for the Panorama café with the amazing view. At the checkout the gave us discount voucher for next booking and a magnet as complimentary gift.

You must try the breakfast , is delicious!
