The hotel and staff were amazing. They offer so many perks at the hotel, from the Prague Pass to free refreshments in the room to free Prosecco vouchers at the hotel bar. The staff go above and beyond to meet your needs, and it was such a lovely stay. If I am ever back in Prague, I will definitely stay here again!!
More variety in breakfast would be nice. But I also stayed 8 nights so that might be the issue.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. They respond fast. Free parking is a five minute walk away. Breakfast is really good.
The shower drain did not work properly. I reported the issue. They did not fix it during our stay.

The staff on the morning of our checkout were not very friendly, showed attitude, did not apologize for the mistake on their behalf. In general, check out was stressfull and not very pleasant.

The location
Instead of small gifts and treats, i would have preferred a comfortable stay with well maintained facilities. I asked twice in a row to unclog the bathroom sink - without any results. The windows have poor isolation and we had the heating to the maximum, in order to compensate for the cold winter temperatures, which lead to a constant noise while sleeping. Then i realized why they have prepared ear plugs by the bed - most probably not the first ones to complain about it. At the checkout i received a cheap excuse that the building is under UNESCO protection, and they can't do much about it, which is not true. Apart from that, the breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

Staff was kind even gave is a magnet & water for the road when we checked out. They had mulled wine for free and rooms were clean. Would stay here again! The triple room was perfect for our stay !

Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
The location is excellent—convenient and close to everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and great value for money!

I had a lovely experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, clean, and inviting. The location is fantastic, just a 5 minute walk to plenty of great restaurants and bars, and only about 15 minutes from the Wenceslas Square. It made exploring the city incredibly easy.
Sara and Matej were the real highlight of my stay. Both of them were friendly and helpful. Sara greeted me with a smile at check-in and made everything feel smooth and simple. Matej was kind and supportive during check-out, and together they created a very positive and personal experience.
Breakfast was plentiful, with a cozy atmosphere and nice attention to detail that made the morning feel relaxed. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful complimentary touches that added to the feeling of being welcomed.
Overall, this was a wonderful stay: warm service, great location, and a comfortable environment. I would happily return and truly recommend the hotel!

Location was fine
We did not have heat during our entire stay. The hotel did not want to refund us anything. Outside was freezing 0C. The staff said someone will look into it but it was never fixed nor we received any feedback. One of the worst stays of our lives, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. On top of that, we also did not have hot water for the first night.

The location of hotel was amazing! The tram lines and metro are great, and you are connected to the most important locations, but you can also go by foot because of close proximity to the city centre. Breakfast was perfect, we recommend it! The rooms were nice and very clean. We also got some amazing welcoming gifts! The hotel has the "old look" while being equipped with all the necessary things for stay. The soap/shampo was provided in a bit smaller amount than anticipated (this was not a problem for us since we bring our own stuff; in addition there is the shop that works until 23h and is close to hotel). People at the reception desk were very kind and helpful!

It was comfortable and clean. It was close to the old town (could walk) and very close to a tram station.
One of the staff members was not very accommodating. When I asked if I could get a coffee instead of a welcome drink ( I do not drink alcohol), he said “no”!
But- one of the other staff members named Kyryl (very nice young man) said he would get me a coffee. So I would like to send an accommodation for “Kyryl”.

The hotel itself has very good installations, a nice breakfast, and an excellent location, which makes it convenient for exploring Prague.
Unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by a very disappointing situation: my car was wheel-clamped due to the hotel’s negligence, and I had to wait a long time for the police to remove the device plus I got a ticket to my name due to this situation which is frustrating. This wasted a lot of time and created unnecessary stress during my trip.
