It was comfortable and clean. It was close to the old town (could walk) and very close to a tram station.
One of the staff members was not very accommodating. When I asked if I could get a coffee instead of a welcome drink ( I do not drink alcohol), he said “no”!
But- one of the other staff members named Kyryl (very nice young man) said he would get me a coffee. So I would like to send an accommodation for “Kyryl”.

The hotel and staff were amazing. They offer so many perks at the hotel, from the Prague Pass to free refreshments in the room to free Prosecco vouchers at the hotel bar. The staff go above and beyond to meet your needs, and it was such a lovely stay. If I am ever back in Prague, I will definitely stay here again!!
More variety in breakfast would be nice. But I also stayed 8 nights so that might be the issue.

The hotel itself has very good installations, a nice breakfast, and an excellent location, which makes it convenient for exploring Prague.
Unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by a very disappointing situation: my car was wheel-clamped due to the hotel’s negligence, and I had to wait a long time for the police to remove the device plus I got a ticket to my name due to this situation which is frustrating. This wasted a lot of time and created unnecessary stress during my trip.

Nice clean place to stay when you are in Prague for one or two nights. Close to the city center - in a walkable distance.
Although the hotel offers free parking they do not have any parking places. They just instruct you to park on the public paid parking places around (not really in a close distance) with promise that they will arrange the payment. In fact there was a city police officer in front of the hotel warning us to be careful - that there were cases when hotel guests got a fine for unpaid parking although hotel declared it as paid. And exactly that happened to us! Got a fine although I tried to get confirmation from the staff that the payment was processed. Hotel then (via email communication) offered to refund the fine I had to pay - but after a more than a month still I do not have my money back. Very disappointing experience.

Everything! The hotel was clean, well-located, and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dominika was especially amazing—super kind and professional. All team members were responsive and supportive with any questions I had.

Breakfast was in a loud basement dining area. Not attractive, but the selection was very good. The room was clean and bright. Sitting areas in and next to lobby were well laid out and it was nice seeing folks just hanging out. Great access to the subways.
Lack of standard facilities: a gym would have been nice and a laundry room would have made our mid-journey chore of clothes washing infinitely easier. The closest commercial laundry is 1/3 mile away and closed at 9. Cold, clammy place but near a great wine bar :). I didn't appreciate front desk staff often trying to sell us tours, discounts to sister hotels, etc. That got old. However, staff was generally cheerful. Oh, the craziest thing was that we added an extra night to our Prague visit over a month before our travel. Had we booked that final night at SG via booking.com, we would have been charged $1200 / 1300 euros. Ouch! Luckily we packed light, and this allowed us to move somewhat easily to the Stages Hotel (wonder if this will deleted...). And our AC didn't work - luckily the weather was cooperative.

Room was spacious and beautiful. Have to mention that the cleaning lady does a great job. Breakfast was good, girls at the reception are very nice and knowledgeable, especially Polina. Many people mentioned that the walls are quite thin. We had a family next to us with a little child who cried many times during our stay, but it wasn't bothering and I would like to highlight that I am a bad sleeper.

The breakfast was quite average and didn't offer anything special, which was a bit disappointing. The overall hotel space felt a bit small, and the lobby and other facilities were quite limited

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the city center. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated the most was that the hotel is pet-friendly — we were so happy to be able to bring our cat with us. The room was also exceptionally clean — everything looked neat, fresh, and very well-maintained. It really added to the overall comfort of our stay. Highly recommended!

Location was about 6-7min walk to Metro. Most of the staff was great, very pleasant and well mannered.
I didn't like the parking situation, you need to look for one and it can be frustrating since there are many one-way streets. Breakfast was in the basement, so not really a pleasant surrounding. Also if you stay longer, you get tired of selection which is pretty much the same every day. No AC - biggest problem. You get one big industrial fan, but that is not ideal. In our room all the lights turned on with one switch. In general, the hotel is outdated.
