Everything was great. The location was outside of the center, but still walkable to every sightseeing spot (15-25 mins).
Staff were lovely, breakfast was great. Room had everything I needed.
Shoutout to the young man who worked the evening shift at 13.03., really polite and nice man!
Keep in mind that the hotel is located in the city next to a busy road. Back home I live next to the forest so the road noise was troubling at nights.
Mini complain about breakfast - the pastries were a bit dry.

The staff was the friendliest I have ever seen and I must say, especially the front desk peoaple were of great help and ready to answer any question.

The breakfast was amazing. We loved the freshness of each item. There was a delightful variety of cheeses, breads, yogurts, and fruits as well as other meats, eggs, and delicious drinks.
Parking wasn't on site but the staff was very helpful and accommodating to help us find a nice place to park our car.

We chose the hotel due to price, and were shocked by the beautiful room/lobby/piano bar. The breakfast more than exceeded our expectations. Champagne/ croissants/meat/cheese coffee! The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Helped with recommendations for dinner. We walked to sister hotel for mulled wine and outside bar view. This was our favorite hotel this holiday! Almost forgot the compliment wine in our room!

The hotel and staff were amazing. They offer so many perks at the hotel, from the Prague Pass to free refreshments in the room to free Prosecco vouchers at the hotel bar. The staff go above and beyond to meet your needs, and it was such a lovely stay. If I am ever back in Prague, I will definitely stay here again!!
More variety in breakfast would be nice. But I also stayed 8 nights so that might be the issue.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. They respond fast. Free parking is a five minute walk away. Breakfast is really good.
The shower drain did not work properly. I reported the issue. They did not fix it during our stay.

The staff on the morning of our checkout were not very friendly, showed attitude, did not apologize for the mistake on their behalf. In general, check out was stressfull and not very pleasant.

The location
Instead of small gifts and treats, i would have preferred a comfortable stay with well maintained facilities. I asked twice in a row to unclog the bathroom sink - without any results. The windows have poor isolation and we had the heating to the maximum, in order to compensate for the cold winter temperatures, which lead to a constant noise while sleeping. Then i realized why they have prepared ear plugs by the bed - most probably not the first ones to complain about it. At the checkout i received a cheap excuse that the building is under UNESCO protection, and they can't do much about it, which is not true. Apart from that, the breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

Staff was kind even gave is a magnet & water for the road when we checked out. They had mulled wine for free and rooms were clean. Would stay here again! The triple room was perfect for our stay !
