Disappointing
No air conditioning ( it is true that was not mentioned in offer). 36 deg out 31 in the room, despite the fan.
Extremely noisy area, high trafic, impossible to open window.
Bathroom amenities far from 4 star hotel grade.

The room was larger than I anticipated, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was welcoming, and the welcome drink and small gift at checkout were a nice touch! The location was also very convenient.
There isn’t any AC, but they do provide a fan for your room which worked well for me!

The location is excellent, close to Old town, transportation, museums and parks.
Staff was extremely polite, professional and helpful.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. Personel was very nice and helpfull. Room was nice and comfortable. Included parking few minutes walk from the hotel. 10 minutes walk from subway and tram station.
Unfortunately since it is old town and historical building hotel is not allowed to have air conditioning.

Location was great.

Along the side is a very loud busy street but ear plugs were provided and if the windows are closed it blocks out almost all the noise.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, perfect for relaxing after exploring beautiful Prague. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making me feel welcome. The location is excellent, ideal for discovering the city on foot. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. I would happily stay here again.

It was clean and comfortable and the staff were nice. A nice bottle of red wine welcomed you.
The pictures made the hotel look bigger and more glamorous than it is. It is a little worn. Comfortable but a bit drab. There was also no Airconditioning. And the street noise was enough that you have to sleep with the windows closed.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were just great! Very welcoming and helpful! The room was clean and well decorated. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of different foods. We definitely recommend it. It is a short distance from the old town. We'll be staying there again next time we are in Prague.

Quiet. Clean. Good sized room. Stocked mini fridge. Good breakfast.
Beds are very small. Breakfast not included. No onsite parking. Long walk to old town.
