The employees were polite. The hotel’s location is a bit far from the center, but it is tolerable for those who like to walk around the city. The room was very big and clean. It was nice that the reception was open 24/7

Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent—convenient and close to everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and great value for money!

There isn’t something not to like about it. Friendly and kind stuff. They helped us with the parking ticket for the specific zone. Delicious food and nice people. They even prepared a cute welcoming gift.

It’s in a great location, the staff were great in every interaction. After dinner, we passed a very enjoyable evening in the piano bar.
The room was very warm and I couldn’t see a way to adjust the temperature (I didn’t look hard or ask, but it wasn’t immediately obvious).

I had a lovely experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, clean, and inviting. The location is fantastic, just a 5 minute walk to plenty of great restaurants and bars, and only about 15 minutes from the Wenceslas Square. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. Sara and Matej were the real highlight of my stay. Both of them were friendly and helpful. Sara greeted me with a smile at check-in and made everything feel smooth and simple. Matej was kind and supportive during check-out, and together they created a very positive and personal experience. Breakfast was plentiful, with a cozy atmosphere and nice attention to detail that made the morning feel relaxed. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful complimentary touches that added to the feeling of being welcomed. Overall, this was a wonderful stay: warm service, great location, and a comfortable environment. I would happily return and truly recommend the hotel!
