Very friendly staff, nice big room, good breakfast with a lot of options, it is also very nice that the hotel is taking care of parking and no additional charges are placed because of that.

Friendly staff, all speaking good english. A number of “add-ons” such a a welcome bottle of wine, Prague pass or few bottels of water for goodby

Nice clean place to stay when you are in Prague for one or two nights. Close to the city center - in a walkable distance.
Although the hotel offers free parking they do not have any parking places. They just instruct you to park on the public paid parking places around (not really in a close distance) with promise that they will arrange the payment. In fact there was a city police officer in front of the hotel warning us to be careful - that there were cases when hotel guests got a fine for unpaid parking although hotel declared it as paid. And exactly that happened to us! Got a fine although I tried to get confirmation from the staff that the payment was processed. Hotel then (via email communication) offered to refund the fine I had to pay - but after a more than a month still I do not have my money back. Very disappointing experience.

Everything! The hotel was clean, well-located, and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dominika was especially amazing—super kind and professional. All team members were responsive and supportive with any questions I had.
There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded expectations.

Very clean, all staff js very friendly. The room is small but cozy. Breakfast, I cannot say it is very good. It is just ok, for 4 star hotel. Main dishes are a bit limited: fried/scrambled eggs and sausages, pancakes. No fresh juice, but coffee is good. Many cakes, fruits, cheese, ham - see photo
The pillows were too big for me, a little far to tourist attractions by feet (1.5-2km). Cannot park the car at the hotel building, need park on the street nearby.

Location, close to owl town. Dominika is very helpful person.
There was to hot in the room. We had the fan, but it didn’t work. We asked about the new one, but the reception guy wasn’t interested about helping us.
