Disappointing
Affordable price. Location is great, the view was nice, breakfast was tasty. Operations manager was kind to us and helped us clear an issue.
The AC wasn't working. Bathroom fan didn't work, either. Hotel staff was cold, unhelpful and deceptive.

The room was very neat and clean. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but the tram station is just behind the hotel, which was great. We reserved parking and had no issues with that. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. A big compliment for that. The variety of food and drinks, as well as the wide selection of cakes, was excellent.
Although the rooms were more than clean and tidy, the hallways had a slight odor.

rooms to hot, air conditioning not working so had to sleep with window open which led to lots of noise from traffic. did not have lobby bar as advertised and staff not very friendly

The hotel is well located, close to the underground & parks. The entrance is visible, you will not miss it. Reception & restaurant staff is friendly and polite, very professional and helpful. Room is well equipped, bathrooms are big. Restaurant is providing variety of food for the breakfast.
I had a room with a bath, however the bath was leaking so I was forced to take a shower instead, it has been reported to the reception, however they couldn’t fix it and the room move was not available due to high occupancy.

There was no slippers in the room but I think u can ask them to bring u one like I did with the Iron.
