location, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice and spacious shower, comfortable room (the size is not that big but it has all the essentials, super comfy bed and two armchairs we truly enjoyed), the smart TV was a wonderful plus! would definitely come again!
the toilet paper that is extremely thin and the fact that the hand soap is hard-form but there was no dish to put it in, so it was leaking all over the bathroom counter

Staff where friendly.
Breakfast was good.
Room was cold. Had to request an extra blanket but only received it on last night.
Kettle in room however no coffee provided and 1 teabag between 2 of us.
No proper shower in room. Only a hose that you had to hold above head. Had to use friends next door shower.
Fridge not working in room.
Bar area permanently closed which was disappointing.

The hotel was great. The rooms were roomy and clean. I had a great view of the road from the window. The staff were good. The breakfast buffet had a great sortiment, from sweets to savory. I would definitely book this hotel again if was to return to Prague ever again.

The hotel was modern and clean, nice bedrooms and reception staff were efficient at check in
Housekeepers disturbed multiple times even with the do not disturb sign on. One day when my do not disturb was on, maintenance still entered my room and changed the shower and shower rail. They left dirt all around the shower, a rusty screw on the bathroom floor for me to stand on, the old showerhead was left and they knocked over my full shampoo so it was empty! No offer of anything for my shampoo. The staff weren’t bothered. We also did not know that the sauna would not be open when we booked. It didn’t reflect a 4 star hotel.

Connecting rooms were amazing. Also the fact that we got earlier check-in than was initially stated. Our room was ready well before the official check-in time. Staff was friendly and nice. Rooms got cleaned when requested. Shower was very nice.
Breakfast was a bit poor. We got cold pancakes and coffee was the worst. Towels smelled a bit funny.
