Locations is Amazing!!!!!! The Breakfast one of the best we had with lots of options, certainly we will come back to stay in the future

Very centrally located. Nice room. In noisy square and you couldn’t hear a thing from outside with the windows closed. A bathroom designed by someone who has actually used a bathroom. Lots of hooks for wet towels, shower that doesn’t get water all over the floor, etc.

It is close to the tourist attractions in the old town and we were able to walk to most of the places we had planned to visit. The outside of the hotel looks historic but inside was well renovated. The breakfast was wonderful every morning.
The security box in the room was not working properly.

Perfect central location next to the Town Hall square. Excellent self service breakfast in a beautiful cellar room. Lifts to all floors. Amazing helpful staff throughout!

Usual Hotel facilities are totally missing and breakfast is one of the worst that I have had in any respectable hotel.

Right next to the Old Town Square. Beautiful appointed rooms. Greeted with a little box ofchocolates. Bottles of water every day. Very clean. No mold. Huge soaking tub. Hard Rock Cafe is next door but you don't hear the music. Heated bathroom floors. Loved my entire stay there.
I didn't like only having a hand shower head. The towels were so high up on a shelf, I had to stand on my tiptoes and pull them down into the bathtub.

The staff was amazing . I had a pretty bad cut on my foot and they assisted with providing medicine at 11 pm . Breakfast is Devine . The location is so convenient . Beautiful location . Will def be back .

This property is very well located. The tram into town was minutes away. Several restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Great location in the heart of the old town. I was a little concerned about the proximity to large groups of inebriated stag night attendees but this was not an issue at all. Old town Prague is very busy at the weekend with tourists, but the hotel is well insulated for sound. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast extremely good (and popular). It's easy to get anywhere you want to visit in Prague from this hotel - I'd recommend getting a Metro card as the transportation network is excellent (and very easy to navigate). We walked a lot, because there is so much to see - it's a really beautiful city.

Bathroom had an odor that was sometimes extremely strong. Perhaps the ventilation extractor fan was not working. Odors were from the sewer vent system. It may have only been our room because everything else about the property was spectacular.

Could not have a better location! About a minute walk to the old town square so you’re right there but just far enough that there is no nighttime noise. Buffet breakfast was massive with all hot and cold foods and champagne, fruit, pastries, eggs, bacon. Amazing options.
