Very nice, traditional (with all modern facilities) hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, hotel immaculately clean and rooms very well presented with great views. Great buffet breakfast in lovely dining room.

This will be my second visit to the hotel and just like my first visit the welcome we received from reception to the front of house staff was phenomenal
This will be quite difficult to come up with something I was unsatisfied with, but if I had one thing I had to point out was there were no drawers in the room for clothes but once again the staff did tell us on arrival if there’s anything they could help with all I had to do was contact them but I didn’t!

Beautiful hotel close to astronomical clock. Central to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast choice was good. The hotel is very safe as you cannot access the floors unless you have a room card. The staff on reception are amazing and very helpful.
There is nowhere to put your cases if you have large ones as we did. We stayed for 2 nights in room 206 and then again for 1 night a week later in room 208. Perhaps if we had known we would have packed the suitcases differently so only needed to open one. However after saying this we would go to the hotel again when visiting Prague.

Great hotel! … Decent sized, very clean room. Excellent breakfast .. so much choice and all best quality.
Staff were all very helpful…We arrived before check-in and wanted to spend the afternoon in Prague after checking out so it was good to be able to leave our cases.
Amazing location .. only 2 min round the corner from the Old Town Square and Astronomical clock and walking distance to all other main sites including the Charles Bridge and Castle.
We would definitely stay here again.
