The hotel has an excellent location. All main attractions are within walking distance (Old Town Square, Astronomical Clock, Church of Our Lady before Tyn, Charles Bridge). The staff were friendly & always eager to assist. Special shoutout to the Front Office Manager, Mario who helped us to get an early check-in for one of our rooms. We really appreciate it as we just got off a 14-hour flight with missing luggages (they arrived later that day - Mario even sent our luggages up to our room when we were away on a tour in the afternoon). & the chocolates were a lovely welcome. The beds were one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in throughout our years of travelling. Keep up the quality services! We will definitely return to Hotel Rott when we visit Prague again.

Location, location, location. Breakfast was also very good, and the bed was quite comfortable. Staff was excellent.
The breakfast staff was too efficient - everyday, they would try and take my empty water glass away when I just hadn’t gotten up to refill it yet. Very wasteful in terms of the amount of dishes used.
Wish that they would replenish towels with the number that was in the bathroom. We asked for an extra towel for the first night (3 for 2 people). They took all 3 away and replaced with 2. Every single day we went through this. First world problems, I know, yet still annoying.

Breakfast was great location is great but I had homeless people sleeping in front of the hotel view

Noisy all day and night thankfully windows were great and no noise came through.
Gym was too small

I feel that the location is just too central would appreciate larger facilities
but the staff was great and food was amazing
