Everything went well and I was picked up at airport by transportation made through hotel.
The E-Mails were timely responded to and everyone at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
The breakfast was very good! The location was very good and I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Prague.
I think the beds should have a thick mattress topper for them to be more comfortable.
Both elevators need to be working. While there, both were out for a few hours. I have mobility issues so the stairs were a problem for me.

Location is phenomenal. Right in the heart of old town. It’s a short walk away to most key locations. The staff are also very friendly. AC works well, the rooms are clean, and the bathroom is spacious.
The breakfast is very limited for people who don’t want to eat meat or pork. Also the hotel layout inside is a bit odd, feels like a maze, but it’s ok you eventually get used to it. One elevator was down throughout our stay so wait times were also a bit long.

The location was perfect - right at the entrance to the old city. Easy to get to by car and by foot. Close to the major tourist attractions - all within walking distance. The included breakfast was amazing!! This was an unexpected find as you never know for sure when finding a hotel online.

מקום מרכזי ביותר, ליד השעון האסטרולוגי, ארוחת בוקר מעולה ביותר, עם מגוון רחב של דברים, כולל ירקות, כל יום היה משהו חדש בארוחת הבוקר בנוסף לביצים, נקניקים, גבינות ועוד ועוד. הכי חשוב מזגן בחדר. צוות מאוד אדיב. קיבלנו בקבוקי מים כל פעם שביקשנו. יש מעלית. מאוד נקי. חלונות כפולים אז לא שומעים את הרעש של הרחוב.
בקיצור לנו היה מושלם.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is fabulous for individuals wanting to be in the heart of Old Town. The Astronomical clock is around the corner. The reception staff went above and beyond by assisting me with my requests. The room was impeccably clean and very large. The breakfast was abundant with fantastic staff. I will recommend Hotel Rott to my friends and if I return to Prague, it will be my choice for accommodations.
There is nothing I did not enjoy.

The location is incredible--right in OT, close to metro, and Bolt drivers if needed. The room was clean and elegant, with beautiful rooftop view. The staff was supremely kind & helpful. The breakfast was excellent--the best European one (my favorite type!) that I've ever had. This was a fabulous hotel, and I recommend it highly!!!

Excellent property perfectly situated on the edge of the historic old city square. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Facilities were very clean and welcoming. We were very happy to have chosen and stayed with Hotel Rott.

The location is phenomenal. Walking distance to mane attractions, and a 1 minute walk from the famous astrological clock. The room was facing the square but was quiet (we were supplied with ear plugs that we didn't need). The room itself was spacious, air-conditioned, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was generous and very good, with a lot of options. But most of all, the staff was so nice, eager to help and accommodating. For example, we had to book an extra night due to an early arrival, and the only room left was the standard. When we checked in, we were upgraded to the superior suite we booked for the other nights free of charge.
The bathroom: the shower was too small, without practical place to put our toiletries so we had to band to get the shampoo and soap we've brought. The water pressure was not great and the ventilation was not functioning.
