Great location, friendly staff (even when we arrived super late thanks to a delayed flight), breakfast is busy but well stocked and nice.
Bed was amazingly comfy and our room had a lovely view with a nice small balcony. Room equipped with coffee machine and some little chocolates as a treat!

Incredible location (just around the corner from the astronomical clock and a square full of lovely bars) and such beautiful property. We had a lovely bedroom with amazing high ceilings.
The Czech’s don’t seem to embrace the shower like we do in the UK, instead favouring a bath. There was indeed a lovely bath…and a fairly powerful shower, but the shower head was at waist level! Therefore you had to hold it above your head - so washing your hair was out of the question!!

Generous room with a sitting area in the bedroom. The shower/bath area with a splendidly heated floor, a big sink and lovely tub was serene, and especially nice with the gratis bath salts. The main room was excellent as well. Very high ceilings throughout, beautiful wall paper and a plentiful coffee bar with Espresso maker and kettle. Three cup sizes for tea, coffee or espresso. A nicely stocked fridge if that is your thing. The staff gave good tips on when to eat breakfast, based on the vibe you are seeking. We ate around 10 each day and the vibe was relaxed. We were well cared for.
The daily service for the room was stellar too.
Oh and the bed was so so comfortable. The tall ceilings and generous windows gave us excellent light and views. The bonus was great privacy and blackout drapes. Oh and the overall lighting scheme was warm and welcoming.
Honestly it was beyond everything we had hoped for…and we had high expectations for the property.

Can't get more centrally located. Great view of the castle and the art on the rooftops of neighbouring buildings. Breakfast buffet was extensive even though there were few guests at that mid-winter time. The hotel is full of character and the room very spacious.
There was nothing to complain about. If you like bland, cloned luxury go elsewhere, but if you want a human experience this is your place.
