The location is indisputably one of the best things about this hotel. It is within walking distance of Charles Bridge, the main square, and the Astronomical Clock, with most major attractions easily reachable on foot. The breakfast was also very nice, with a good selection of food, and the staff were very polite and welcoming.
The only negative was the noise from the surrounding rooms. I assume that, because the building is so old, it may be difficult to make the floors fully soundproof. You can literally hear people walking in the room next to you, which sometimes feels as if they are walking in your own room.
Noise was my main issue; everything else was good.

The breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of options to try traditional Austrian dishes. The place was very clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The location is central in the old town, making it easy to walk to major attractions without needing public transport.

The location was perfect right on the square. Staff were very helpful and the room we had was beautiful, 4 big windows.
Not a complaint as such, there could have been a better choice of fruit and cereal for breakfast.

The staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful.
The room was a bit small for two people with large suitcases but we were only there for one night. Any longer than that would have been too long for such a small space with our large suitcases. With that said...our room happened to be off of an open courtyard which was excellent for morning coffee.

Location was perfect. Breakfast decent. Room was clean and cozy. The hair dryer was not working but the staff resolve the issue very quickly.
Maybe a bit noisy but totally understandable since the hotel is in central location and there are bars/cafes around

Perfect location, close to many attractions, and basically the entire old town is within walking distance. Very helpful reception staff, decent hotel overall
If I had to nitpick - breakfast area was a little too cramped, and too noisy at times.
