Generous room with a sitting area in the bedroom. The shower/bath area with a splendidly heated floor, a big sink and lovely tub was serene, and especially nice with the gratis bath salts. The main room was excellent as well. Very high ceilings throughout, beautiful wall paper and a plentiful coffee bar with Espresso maker and kettle. Three cup sizes for tea, coffee or espresso. A nicely stocked fridge if that is your thing. The staff gave good tips on when to eat breakfast, based on the vibe you are seeking. We ate around 10 each day and the vibe was relaxed. We were well cared for.
The daily service for the room was stellar too.
Oh and the bed was so so comfortable. The tall ceilings and generous windows gave us excellent light and views. The bonus was great privacy and blackout drapes. Oh and the overall lighting scheme was warm and welcoming.
Honestly it was beyond everything we had hoped for…and we had high expectations for the property.

Great hotel in a great location in Old Town Prague! And probably the best hotel breakfast out there. Large variety of delicious items to choose from!
No on-site parking but there really isn't any in Old Town. It was only 10 min walk to parking garage.

The staff was very helpful with luggage, booking changes (extended by 1 night) and local suggestions for restaurants.
The room was nice and the AC was cold. Location is great but parking therefore not available at the hotel. There is a public lot (paid) that is about a 5 minute walk though.
Better curtains to block the light would have been nice, but getting woken up by the sun early meant we got more time to experience more of Prague :-).

Location was amazing. Can’t ask for anything closer to the Old town. Looked forward to breakfast every day.
Wish I had a better view. I know views come at a premium but would be nice to have seen something other than the inner court.

What a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. It was quiet and safe in the middle of the Old City, and right around the corner from the huge Christmas market. The staff was so helpful, even walking us to the restaurant they recommended the first night when we could not find it. Outstanding breakfast, too. The first time I have ever been offered Prosecco along with my breakfast!

The location is amazing - right in the center of the old town. The staff were extremely kind, we also did a hotel transfer to/from the airport and the driver was excellent. The hotel itself was beautiful, rooms were spacious and clean, bed was super comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Overall great experience, we would come back again!

During our visit to Prague in December the only best thing was the hotel ?
We had an amazing stay there. The room was very cozy, with all the things you need.There were also some welcome chocolates which were very delicious.The location was perfect. The staff very kind. The breakfast delicious and plentiful.

The location was fantastice. The breakfast was great with an extensive array of options. The room size was great as well. Amenities were good
We really liked everything about our stay. The only inconvenience was that you couldn't bring the car all the way to the hotel because it was in a pedestrian only area. This wasn't a big deal, but something to know if you have any kind of physical limitations you might need to get assistance.
