The location is incredible--right in OT, close to metro, and Bolt drivers if needed. The room was clean and elegant, with beautiful rooftop view. The staff was supremely kind & helpful. The breakfast was excellent--the best European one (my favorite type!) that I've ever had. This was a fabulous hotel, and I recommend it highly!!!

Excellent property perfectly situated on the edge of the historic old city square. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Facilities were very clean and welcoming. We were very happy to have chosen and stayed with Hotel Rott.

The location is phenomenal. Walking distance to mane attractions, and a 1 minute walk from the famous astrological clock. The room was facing the square but was quiet (we were supplied with ear plugs that we didn't need). The room itself was spacious, air-conditioned, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was generous and very good, with a lot of options. But most of all, the staff was so nice, eager to help and accommodating. For example, we had to book an extra night due to an early arrival, and the only room left was the standard. When we checked in, we were upgraded to the superior suite we booked for the other nights free of charge.
The bathroom: the shower was too small, without practical place to put our toiletries so we had to band to get the shampoo and soap we've brought. The water pressure was not great and the ventilation was not functioning.

The breakfasts were incredible. We’ve never seen anything like it. There was so much selection and everything was delicious. All of the staff there were friendly and accommodating. It was one of the best experiences on our entire trip.
Everything was great. We have no complaints whatsoever.

Hotel Rott has a wonderful location in the Old Town. It’s an historic building with all modern features. Staff are lovely - helpful, gracious and accommodating.

The breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of options to try traditional Austrian dishes. The place was very clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The location is central in the old town, making it easy to walk to major attractions without needing public transport.

The staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful.
The room was a bit small for two people with large suitcases but we were only there for one night. Any longer than that would have been too long for such a small space with our large suitcases. With that said...our room happened to be off of an open courtyard which was excellent for morning coffee.

Location was perfect. Breakfast decent. Room was clean and cozy. The hair dryer was not working but the staff resolve the issue very quickly.
Maybe a bit noisy but totally understandable since the hotel is in central location and there are bars/cafes around

Location, coffee machine, everyday waters, welcome chocolates, bad, cleanliness, staff, breakfast quality/ assortment/ staff, 2 elevators, no stairs to carry luggage up. Everything goes smooth as soon as you enter the hotel.
A big mirror, updated hairdryer and larger table would make the hotel perfect.

Location is perfect, it is very close to the astronomical tower but actually avoid the noisy plaza. The entire stay was very pleasant, good staff and good breakfast. The best part: rooftop view, we went up for the sunset, OMG, it was so beautiful. Highly recommend the hotel to anyway who travel to Prague and want to stay in the old town with a quieter experience.

Fantastic location. Great front desk especially the guy with a beard. Gave great advice and showed us the a massing view on my birthday. Breakfast Ukranian girls were so so friendly and even sang me a happy birthday today.
