Hotel location was excellent, close walk to Old Town and other areas of interest. Neighborhood felt safe.
A two-room suite - Room was spacious, 1 comfortable large bed and a smaller one that was harder.
Room was clean and had plenty of room for clothing and accessories.
Front desk staff were helpful with restaurant recommendations and tourism recommendations.
Sound insulation was terrible - every time that someone upstairs flushed their toilet or took a shower, we heard it.
Breakfast buffet was adequate, but not as good as some others in the neighborhood. It is understood that a hotel buffet will be more expensive than many other options for breakfast, but for that price we should receive a premium selection.
Very little counter space in bathroom for our own shampoo, hairbrushes and other items.

Location to all "major" sites were within 30min walking distance. My stay was short and sweet. Drinks at the var downstairs were good. Overall had a god time. Parked my car here. Parking was expensive but my car was secure and well looked after for the weekend I stayed.
Stayed in a different room as friends and were put on a different side of the hotel. Not the end of the world but inconvenient none the less. But really that wouldnt stop me from staying here again.

Staff are very helpful. Several bus stops near hotel and are within walking distance to some sightseeing places. Lots restaurants offer traditional Czech foods within walking distance. Mini markets right around corner.

Great staff, fluent in English and very patient with my Czech. Workout room was surprisingly good, with a complete array of professional equipment on par with a health club. Housekeeping came everyday and responded well to special requests. My room's bathroom was comfortable featuring an amazing shower with very hot water and plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was definitely worth the $15 per day, with an amazing selection of both healthy (fresh fruit!) and not-so-healthy (yummy donuts and pastries!) selections. Everything looked great and tasted great. There were plenty of staff on hand to keep all the selections refilled and all the tables reset. I also loved the superior coffee machines for making cappuccinos. My room was very well lit and spacious, with an extra bed, a big desk and plenty of closet space. The closets contained an easy-to-use safe, disposable slippers and shoe shine sponges. The Hotel Roma's location was incredible. Across from the hotel is Petrin Hill (with its trails, gardens and replica of the Eiffel Tower). and the Ujezd tram station, allowing you to get anywhere in the city quickly. Behind the hotel is Kampa park. And in either direction are plenty of restaurants, cafes (Starbucks is really close), bars, pastry shops, pizzarias, and two bodegas open till 2AM. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Mala Strana Square, and 20 minutes to walk to Charles' Bridge or the Mala Strana Metro station. There's also a great bar in the lobby with very friendly bartenders. But what I loved most, due to the fact that my flight arrived at 9AM, is the very convenient early check-in that the Hotel Roma offers. My room was ready at 10AM, and by noon, I was unpacked, showered and ready to sightsee.
Room: If you're from North America, keep in mind that European hotels don't make up beds the way North American hotels do. There's no middle sheet, just one blanket that they fold in half and place on top of the bed without tucking it in. I absolutely hate it. But Housekeeping did give me an extra blanket that was huge and helped me sleep better at night. Unfortunately, the room was too cold for my tastes but again, that extra blanket really helped. The pillows, on the other hand, were huge and very comfortable. Although the room included a coffee machine, it was difficult to operate without coaching from the front desk. BREAKFAST: Although the staff was very fast, efficient and hard working, I literally couldn't find one waitress who spoke either English or Czech well enough to tell me where the restroom was. That said, everyone on the Housekeeping staff and front desk staff spoke perfect English and were very appreciative of my rusty Czech.

The room was big. The bed was comfortable.The bathroom was also big good shower . The location is good not far away from the old town and the center . You can walk from the hotel to the center maximum 1.5 to 2 km is duable i walked all the time . Of course the tram stop is nearby. Their are a couple of restaurant near the hotel so you don't have to go to center to eat there. Their is an ice cream parlor one of the best ice cream I ate . Breakfast is ok good coffee a machine for juice very nice the stuff is also very nice. but the only thing I didn't like was the scrambled eggs it was to soft I couldn't eat it . Except that everting was good .
Was the scrambled eggs that were to soft and I couldn't eat it . Maybe that every time you want go to the center it's little bit far not something critical. That's it
