Beautiful rooms. Felt fun. And beds were comfortable. Decent breakfast as well.
The walk up. lol. It is on an incline so after a long day it’s tiring. But it’s worth the incline!

It's a little gem on Nerudova street.Staff is friendly and helpful, theroom is romantic and very quiet for where it is , however, the tourists leave in late afternoon. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Europe.
We loved the place. Yes, it is old, in the very old building but it was spotless and comfy. They have a small elevator , yes but it is a historical buiding so there is very little you can. do about it.
I asked why they had lower rating and was told it's because the breakfast room is small and often crowded and people dont have privacy to eat???? And small elevator...Seriously? This is a historical building in Prague's historical district just beow the castle. That fact should be appreciated and celebrated not critisized. If you need privacy eating breakfast, book one of the big hotels without a character.....

Great location right at the castle.Lovely breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
The stairs can be difficult if you have heavy luggage.However a lift does go to the 3rd floor.

Check-in was easy, Lina helped us get situated and allowed us to store our son's mobility scooter on the first floor in a safe place. She offered us the use of the elevator (although it didn't go all the way to the top where our floor was, it was very helpful still). Breakfast was delicious and satisfying—my kids loved the "hot chocolate machine" and the varied breakfast buffet.
No elevator to the 4th floor (but that would require a total remodel of the hotel which would make it lose its character) so nothing, really.

Staff were happy in their work and really helpful, the breakfast was varied and delicious, rooms were clean, quiet and wonderfully decorated, not too far to walk to the castle and palace, a little further to Charles bridge. Hotel is halfway up a hill which might put off the unfit traveller
