Warm, welcoming, well located. Great breakfast, helpful staff who gave great advice about things to see and and were always available. Very accessible to the river and the old town. Walkable to metro.
Just a small thing. Breakfast started at 7:30am but I had to leave earlier (7:15am) each day to get to a conference. Staff were very helpful though offering food and coffee to go.

The whole team at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, taking customer service to an exceptional level with local recommendations to eat, places off the main tourist trail to see and a lovely welcome. Room was safe, secure and clean with all the facilities we needed.

The Agnes has a bed and breakfast atmosphere. Every single person working there were very friendly and helpful.
I’ve stayed all over the world and only complaint is that there aren’t more locations.
