Friends who had stayed here years ago told us it was one of their favorite hotels anywhere in the world. Now I know why.
It’s not the fanciest hotel you will stay at but everything about it is exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we felt welcomed and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. Walking into the atrium at the end of a long day exploring Prague felt like coming home. We were always offered a glass of wine, a beer a cup of tea and the opportunity to visit with other guests from around the world.
Just a few minutes walk to the Jewish Quarter, the Astronomical Clock and the Old Town Square it is a great location. In the heart of things and yet tucked away on a small, quiet street.
The breakfast buffet had everything you might want and again, the staff was so attentive and friendly.
I highly recommend the Hotel Residence Agnes!

I’ve traveled for many years and this hotel provided one of the best services a hotel can provide.
They were always there to help. Every time we came back they would ask whether we wanted something to drink. This was done elegantly and with you feeling obliged
The hotel even provided a complimentary shuttle back to airport which was amazing . I couldn’t say more.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and were absolutely blown away by the level of service and attention to detail.
From the very first moment, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. Every time they saw us, they checked in to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We were offered drinks both before and after check-in, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch.
They also provided a complimentary transfer to the train station, which made our departure completely stress-free.
What truly stood out was how much they cared about our experience in Prague. The team gave us fantastic, personalized recommendations on what to see, when to go, and where to get the best experience. They also shared great advice on local restaurants, shopping spots, and hidden gems we would have never found on our own.
If you are planning to stay in Prague, don’t even hesitate – this is the place. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

This was one of the most pleasant stays we have had in recent years, a well-located hotel, rooms that are very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and especially a service of the highest level of excellence. I have been to several countries and stayed in various hotels, but I have never encountered such dedication to service as I experienced at the Agnes Hotel. They welcomed us before check-in with a plentiful and delicious breakfast, treated us with respect and care throughout our stay, and provided all kinds of logistical and tourist support. Thanks to Frank, Viktoria, Lukas and all Agnes team for that experience.
Noting negative to mention, everything was good and perfect during our staying since the arriving until the last day, when they took us to the airport (for free).

Everything, from A to Z. We came with very high expectations after reading the amazing reviews and yet...the experience exceeded our expectations. It is a nice little hotel, , in a walking distance to many attractions in Prague, quite, clean, comfortable, amazing staff, excelent breakfast. We were surprised again and again, for . the good, by many "little" things that make a huge difference. Coffee to the room with no extra charge, help with a birthday surprise, and many more. Highly recommended

It is tastefully but simply decorated and feels very comfortable. The location is perfect for sightseeing but also quiet. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, including Pavel who drove us to the airport and Victoria who gave us tips (and directions) on sites not to miss. The breakfast is a feast with plenty of protein options and scrumptious homemade pastries. What’s not to like!
