Excellent staff- the owner and employees are very involved and attentive to all the needs of the guests. We were treated with wine and snacks when we arrived and every time we came back to the hotel. The location is incredible near all attractions and restaurants. Price very reasonable Breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of treats! We had the best time and we are coming back

Everything was simply perfect – from the beautiful and comfortable room, to the incredibly kind and helpful staff, and the delicious breakfast every morning. We felt truly welcomed and cared for. Nothing was missing – it honestly exceeded all our expectations.
There is absolutely nothing we didn't like. If you wish for a perfect stay without the slightest problem, with an amazing, always helpful and genuinely kind staff, then this hotel is the right choice.

If you are reading my comments, there are rooms available and this is within your budget, take it. I have not given a 10 fir quite a while. The hotel is well located, rooms are confortable and of good size, especially for European standards, and breakfast is certainly very good. More than that, the service provided by the hotel staff is certainly a big and well deserved 10! Thank you and congratulations for such excellent team training.

Super cute hotel with the most amazing staff! Frank, the owner, made us feel welcome instantly. Amazing location in the city center. The rooms are spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. Delicious breakfast with home made pastries and a large selection of fresh fruits.

Everything. This was the most incredible hotel and stay I've ever had. The staff absolutely made the trip. We have never experienced service like this. A welcome drink upon arrival where someone explained the city, the help in booking things was fantastic. Everything was amazing. Would come back to Prague just to stay in this hotel.

The hospitality was incredible, super friendly and accommodating staff. Always willing to help, going the extra mile and super attention to detail. The rooms are stunning, big and clean. Breakfast is super good. Even when you sit outside they offer you a coffee or tea in the morning. Worth every penny.

The staff are awesome. You'll never ever meet kinder and helpful staff as of the Resident Agnes. Resident Agnes is not a hotel, it is a home where You'll find there not staff, but family and friends.
The breakfast timing if it can be extended a bit. There is no pillow menu.

If I could give more than 10 ratings I would do this for their amazing attention to their guests. Frank and his team go beyond any other hotel service I have ever visited. The location of the hotel is perfect and it is close to all the important areas.
The bathroom was a little small but with all the services needed.

Our experience at The Residence Agnes was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed—especially Stefan. He greeted us with a smile, poured us a cold beer, carried all of our luggage to the room, and then sat down with us for 15–20 minutes to walk us through a map of Prague. He gave fantastic local recommendations—we tried all three restaurants he suggested, and they were excellent! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the breakfast is fresh and delicious with a great variety, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk to all the main sights, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet. Truly outstanding service and hospitality—we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!
There’s nothing to complain about—unless you count having to leave this amazing place!

We loved the attentive and most accommodating staff. They anticipated our every need and went above and beyond our expectations. Also, the staff arranged many wonderful activities for us during our Prague stay. And the breakfasts were delicious!

Excellent location and within walking distance to everything we needed. Exceptional staff. We were personally welcomed on day one, aquatinted with the city by the hostess Deni, greeted by name each morning at a delicious breakfast, and very well cared for every single day. We felt so special.
