We spent 4 nights at this boutique hotel with our family (a group of nine), and everything was absolutely wonderful.
The rooms have a cozy and welcoming design; even the heavy curtains create the perfect atmosphere for a restful sleep. These are incredibly quiet, even those on the ground floor near the breakfast area are excellently soundproofed. Not once did we hear voices or clinking dishes in the mornings. We rested perfectly.
The staff is exceptionally kind. They treated us with such care that we truly felt like part of the family. They even helped us with complimentary airport transportation, a gesture we greatly appreciated.
Breakfast was delicious, varied, and served with attention to detail.
The location is excellent: just 7 minutes walk from the city center, where the Christmas market and festive atmosphere can be enjoyed.
I truly recommend this hotel in every way!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, really took time to make you feel welcome and special. Breakfast was delicious, great range of options (excellent bacon!). Bed was super comfy and the shower had the best water pressure we've ever encountered in a hotel!

Beautiful hotel in a great location within the old town. The manager and all the staff were just amazing, they couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. The breakfast was probably the best we've had, varied and catering for all tastes . The room was tastefully decorated with a decent sized bathroom and great shower. There was nothing we would change.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Residence Agnes in Prague. The location is perfect—central yet set on a quiet street—and the hotel itself feels warm, cozy, and truly welcoming, especially on the freezing Prague days. The staff were exceptional: incredibly friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to assist us in every possible way. Their kindness and the thoughtful treats we received made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Perfect location quiet but yet in short distance to central.
Staff really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Helped plan some sightseeing and choosing when was the best time for each experience. Really helpful to book table at restaurants and point out food ones. Breakfast really good an cozy atmosphere. Extra…shuttle free of charge to castle and airport.
We will definitely stay at Hotel Residence Agnes again in near future…hopefully soon with a group of friends and colleagues to share this great gem

This was one of the most pleasant stays we have had in recent years, a well-located hotel, rooms that are very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and especially a service of the highest level of excellence. I have been to several countries and stayed in various hotels, but I have never encountered such dedication to service as I experienced at the Agnes Hotel. They welcomed us before check-in with a plentiful and delicious breakfast, treated us with respect and care throughout our stay, and provided all kinds of logistical and tourist support. Thanks to Frank, Viktoria, Lukas and all Agnes team for that experience.
Noting negative to mention, everything was good and perfect during our staying since the arriving until the last day, when they took us to the airport (for free).
