Friends who had stayed here years ago told us it was one of their favorite hotels anywhere in the world. Now I know why. It’s not the fanciest hotel you will stay at but everything about it is exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make sure that we felt welcomed and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. Walking into the atrium at the end of a long day exploring Prague felt like coming home. We were always offered a glass of wine, a beer a cup of tea and the opportunity to visit with other guests from around the world. Just a few minutes walk to the Jewish Quarter, the Astronomical Clock and the Old Town Square it is a great location. In the heart of things and yet tucked away on a small, quiet street. The breakfast buffet had everything you might want and again, the staff was so attentive and friendly. I highly recommend the Hotel Residence Agnes!

literally EVERYTHING. Amazing service, Frank and all the team were really really above all expectations. Breakfast was delicious. Since the first moment we stepped in the hotel they received us with hot chocolate (or anything we would ask for). The driver was really nice and showed us around the city. The recommendations for restaurants and places to go also came from the hotel staff and exceeded out expectations.
Everything was amazing, there is really nothing we didnt like except not living there =)

I’ve traveled for many years and this hotel provided one of the best services a hotel can provide. They were always there to help. Every time we came back they would ask whether we wanted something to drink. This was done elegantly and with you feeling obliged The hotel even provided a complimentary shuttle back to airport which was amazing . I couldn’t say more.

The hosts Frank and Natalie are amazing. Together with their team they provide a service we have never experienced in our many years of travel. Always providing not just a grand service but many personal touches like a warm drink , wine ,something to snack advice on where to visit and eat They even transported by van and their driver for our family to get to the train station .when we checked out You’ll fall in love with this boutique hotel in a great location of Old Town .Absolutely no hesitation to rate it a 10 out of 10 and say it’s a must stay

Wonderful
The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They even arranged private transport to the Prague Castle and on our departure to the main railway station. A great location, central but not too close to crowded parts of the Old Town.
