The staff was excellent, going beyond expectations to provide service and comfort. Great recommendations to restaurants. We loved the classical concert at the Spanish Synagogue. The location gave us easy access to the city.

Staff was really, really awesome.
Shower was great and breakfast was very good.
Location is great. Close to the main tourist spots but not right in the thick of it.
Bed was hard. A/c in the room left it cool, but damp. The room was on the top floor. So the walls had quite a slant to them. Kinda claustrophobic. One small window.

This is the best hotel we stayed at. The entire staff was so nice, kind and helpful, always available to assist with anything we need, e.g. booking transportation, activities, laundry. They even packed us breakfast when we checked out from the hotel early morning to take the train to our next destination. The hotel is beautiful; facility, room is always clean; and breakfast is delicious. Fruits, tea, water are always available for guests. We will always stay at this hotel if we ever visit Prague again.

We haven't stayed in any other hotel where we feel this much at home! Starting from the moment of booking till we left the hotel, they have provided great support. Everybody was very warm and welcoming. They picked us up from the train station and provided free transportation to the Prague Castle. They gave us great suggestions where to visit and where to eat, even made reservation for us. Breakfast was wonderful, always fresh and warm, with lots of variety. Room was very comfortable. Location of the hotel is great, walking distance to everywhere.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. Stefan gave us all the information we needing to know before heading out and exploring the city.
Frank and his Team wen above and beyond and maming our stay feel extra special with lots of personal touches.
The hotel itself was very clean and aesthetically pretty, rooms were good size and very comfortable. Daily breakfast was really enjoyable too.
Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back!

I could spend a page writing about how precious this hotel was. No wonder the reviews are all so good. Location was amazing. Step right out onto the cobblestones to the amazing Old Town sights, incredible Michelin dining and high end shopping and the Easter market. Spectacular staff was always waiting with a coffee or beer or cold drink in the lobby when you arrived back from sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious and they even had made to order omelets crepes, etc. We arrived in a car. Staff unloaded luggage and then rode with my husband to show him parking garage. Staff was so helpful in booking concerts and dinner cruise. Room was spacious and very comfortable for a good value. I was ready to move in at the end of our stay. Would highly recommend and will stay there again.

The staff is most hospitable and attentive.
It was a little overwhelming to make reservations and plans at the get-go. After traveling, it would have been nice to relax and catch our breath before being pressed to make decisions.

Honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in period. Hospitality was on another level and the staff were all incredible. Breakfast was on par with the hospitality and included anything you would ever want. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and if there is availability, book it. The location was stellar as well.
