The hotel was intimate, quiet and had a pretty and peaceful "lobby". The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I moved here on my last day for the central air conditioning and quiet as I had not slept well at my other hotel. This was possibly the best air conditioning in Prague.
Lack of plant-based (vegan) items at breakfast. I ended up eating cereal and fruit while everyone else has so many delicious looking dishes to choose from.

Staff was AMAZING - Lucas went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Never has a receptionist made such an welcoming, cultivated out of his way, above and beyond personal effort. His boss should give both Lucas and Victoria a bonus. They both deserve it!

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire stay. We arrived early in the morning unexpectedly and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Our rooms were beautiful and cool, a welcome reprieve from the heat. The breakfasts were absolutely fabulous with fresh baked treats every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The service was excellent; every single staff member, without exception, was very helpful and welcoming. We've never experienced such wonderful service anywhere. We felt comfortable, warm, and cared for. Clean, delicious food. Great location, central yet on a quiet street.
It would be nice to have a kettle in the room, although hot drinks will be made for you free of charge with a smile at any time of the day or night.
