Very Good
A decent breakfast and a convenient location, with metro and public transport stops nearby. The historic city center is just a 20-minute walk away.
The building is quite old, which gives it a certain charm. However, there are some downsides namely, inconvenient stairs leading to the elevator and the lack of air conditioning.

The hotel is well located, near the metro station, grocery store. Spacious room, comfortable bed, no neighbors to hear. Friendly staff at the reception, kettle, tea, coffee in the room.

What I liked during my stay: The peaceful outdoor seating area at the back was a definite highlight and provided a really pleasant spot to relax. I also appreciated the cool, interesting design of the inside hallway, which added a unique touch. The central location proved very convenient for exploring the city. Staff were consistently pleasant and helpful throughout my stay, both at reception and the cleaning team. Finally, I valued the option for a late checkout until 1 PM, available for an additional €20 fee.
My stay fell significantly below expectations, especially for the price. As a frequent business traveler to Prague, I found the hotel lacking basic amenities and comfort. The room was missing essential items: no hairdryer and no coffee machine (now standard in most hotels). The provided shampoo felt extremely harsh, almost damaging. Despite a fan, the room remained uncomfortably warm. Location was a major issue. It sits directly on a busy, polluted road, leading to constant noise disruption - especially from emergency service sirens day and night. Soundproofing was non-existent; I could clearly hear guests in adjacent rooms, sometimes to an unsettling degree. The building felt isolated and unwelcoming, with no visible staff except occasional cleaners. Crucially, there is no lobby area to sit, work, or meet clients. Amenities and services were severely lacking: No breakfast service evident, no room service, no mini-bar, and the decor is noticeably outdated. The Wi-Fi was unusably slow, forcing me to rely on expensive mobile data for work. A specific incident highlighted the inconvenience: Needing to change locations unexpectedly meant hauling bags across busy roads and construction zones in hot weather - this was the final straw. Overall: The combination of missing basics, poor environment (noise, heat, isolation), inaccessible location, and lack of common facilities makes it unsuitable for business travelers, families, or mature couples. It might only be tolerable for very budget-conscious younger travelers (18-21) with minimal needs, but significant drawbacks remain. I cannot recommend it.
