The location was excellent and the breakfast spread was out favourite part.
Unable to connect to Wi-Fi during out entire stay. As soon as we existed our room, the problem resolves.

Amazing views, perfect location, helpful staff, and very comfortable bed. As a solo traveler, the staff made my stay a pleasure from helping me get reservations to giving me easy directions.
Although the omelette was very nice, I wasn’t able to eat most of the breakfast due to a gluten allergy.

The accommodation was very nice. Clean and plenty of room! Location is excellent. Upon arrival, we were greeted and explained about the hotel and escorted to our room. There is also a welcome tea time but unfortunately we arrived too late to participate but I am sure (because of all of the other amenities) it was excellent

The location is fantastic! The staff was great and the rooms were very comfortable. We stayed in the rooms with the city view and it was breathtaking.

Beautiful building in a very nice area of Prague - quiet at night notwithstanding how central it is. Very neat, tidy, clean, and comfortable place, decorated with very good taste.

Quiet location above the city with great view of all of Prague. Very attentive staff-Pavel was very helpful.
Terrasse could stay open for the guests. It’s closed at 17:00. Too early in summer.

Breakfast was expensive, but good. The room as not very large, but comfortable. The air conditioning was much needed and and not excessively loud.

Absolutely wonderful place, where people invest a bit of their heart in everything they are doing - cleaning (it really feels like home, it’s that clean), serving breakfast, answering questions, helping with additional requests. Stuff is super helpful and kind.
Pet accommodation deserves a separate praise: our little dog has never been treated with such kindness. For a very modest fee he was greeted with a super clean and comfy bed and a new shiny bowl (just to clarify: in most hotels pet accommodation fee is higher and is charged for nothing - merely for the fact that the hotel lets the pet in. It’s a rear luxury to get a bowl of water:)))-
WiFi was non-existent in our room.

We were not allowed to enter the hotel, so we liked nothing
It was advertised as pets welcome. Later we were told that they dont accept dogs over 5 kg. This destroyed the whole trip.

Amazing view, charming hotel in a former monastery, the beds couldn’t be more comfortable, very clean, nice people, coffee available all day (for free). Elevator to help bringing up the luggage. Very close to the tram and thus convenient to visit Prague. Definitely would come back and recommend it!
Everything was perfect. We would have tried the breakfast if it was not 20€ (it could be nice to have a cheaper option for those who appreciate just a small breakfast!)
