Exceptional
Our favorite hotel during our Europe trip! The views were incredible from our room. The room was comfortable, clean, and rustic with the old wooden beams. We enjoyed the little desserts in the tea room each afternoon and found the staff to be very helpful. Nearby, we had access to a great Asian restaurant, brewery, falafel, and coffee shops.
It is far from the old town/touristy area but it was very easy to take the tram when we didn’t feel like walking. We found this to actually be beneficial since it was very quiet at night.

Wonderful
Chose the property entirely for its prime location—offering easy access out of town toward the airport and close proximity to the Castle. Never could have imagined that this seemingly random decision would so dramatically transform my view of the city. The building itself is exceptionally well-maintained, nestled in the heart of “upper” Prague, and boasts breathtaking views over the city below. It is truly worth staying a few days here just to fully enjoy the charm and beauty of Upper Prague without the hassle of commuting between the lower and upper parts. Window view was breathtaking too.
Travel between Lower and Upper Prague, even by car, can be challenging. Limited nearby services make everyday errands a bit tricky as the neighborhood offers limited daily services, making it difficult to find a grocery store, gas station, or even pharmacy.

Very Good
Very friendly and accommodating staff
I was quite pleased overall but if I were too be super critical I'd say the shower could be better.

Wonderful
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful through email and in person during our stay.
The water temperature fluctuated quite a bit during showers and there was no fan in the bathroom. Parking was a challenge but that seems to be the norm in the Czech Republic.

The location was perfect. The room was spacious with a wonderful view of Prague. The breakfast, at an extra fee, was excellent. There is a train station within walking distance. I would highly recommend The Questenburg for your next trip to Prague.

Beautiful accommodations! Didn’t realize the hotel used to be a church that was part of the nearby monastery. Close to public transportation and all attractions. The breakfast was glorious.

Very Good
It was in a quieter location but very close to everything. It was a historic building. I liked the view from my room and the timbered ceiling. The elevator was a big plus.
The furnishings were modern and didn’t seem to complement the historic aspects of the building. I know - it’s a small point.

The staff were very kind on arrival and even offered to help me find the hotel as i was arriving late at night. I was also kindly given an upgraded room for my stay.
The breakfast is incredible with plenty of options to pick from, including vegan and vegetarian ones. I especially liked the french toast and the cheese selection. The restaurant is also very beautiful, you can dine with a lovely view of Prague.
The room I stayed in was spacious and very comfortable. It had a very romantic medieval feel to it, i had the time of my life.
The hotel itself is situated in a very good location - in a slightly more distant part of the historical centre of Prague. You can very comfortably reach most attractions and sightseeing spots on foot, while also being in a relatively quiet part of town, away from noisy crowds. (Do note the hotel is at a higher elevation compared to the rest of town so it may be a bit difficult to reach on foot, but it's well connected by tram to the rest of town.)
