The breakfast wasn’t a good value but the staff was superb

Beautiful accommodations! Didn’t realize the hotel used to be a church that was part of the nearby monastery. Close to public transportation and all attractions. The breakfast was glorious.

Very Good
It was in a quieter location but very close to everything. It was a historic building. I liked the view from my room and the timbered ceiling. The elevator was a big plus.
The furnishings were modern and didn’t seem to complement the historic aspects of the building. I know - it’s a small point.

The hotel is a total gem. On the scale of five stars, it deserves six.
All super good.

The staff were very kind on arrival and even offered to help me find the hotel as i was arriving late at night. I was also kindly given an upgraded room for my stay.
The breakfast is incredible with plenty of options to pick from, including vegan and vegetarian ones. I especially liked the french toast and the cheese selection. The restaurant is also very beautiful, you can dine with a lovely view of Prague.
The room I stayed in was spacious and very comfortable. It had a very romantic medieval feel to it, i had the time of my life.
The hotel itself is situated in a very good location - in a slightly more distant part of the historical centre of Prague. You can very comfortably reach most attractions and sightseeing spots on foot, while also being in a relatively quiet part of town, away from noisy crowds. (Do note the hotel is at a higher elevation compared to the rest of town so it may be a bit difficult to reach on foot, but it's well connected by tram to the rest of town.)

Location was the best. Close proximity of Prague Castle & Strahov Monatery, a good starting point to walking down Old Town with the best view of the city.
Shout out to Pravel and Elias for being the best receptionist, accommodating our special request for a room and the staff on their dining area.
The hotel is romantic, it maybe built hundred years ago but they provide modern conveniences such as the elevator, smart TV(we got to connect to Nexflix,YouTube and Apple Account thru their TV), refillable toiletries, comfortable beds ,linens, bathrooms with hot c waterand a/c. The lounge and their veranda were a nice amenities to enjoy the beautiful view of the area.
The breakfast was great, made fresh daily by the crew.
Not necessarily a bad thing but you have to be aware that the front of hotel has a stair leading to the main lobby. Ask for help if you have to carry a heavy luggage. Wear comfortable shoes as Prague streets are made of cobblestones, not easy on the knees and feet. I learned the hard way.

Pleasant
The location and view are really good. Breakfast was very tasty.
The receptionist ( nigh shift) is not adequate. He called 22:00 o clock and wake me up asking me if I could speak Russian, and when I am checking out next day. I think he was bored. The parking explanation came very late, I was searching parking quite long, after I understand that you have places for the hotel. Better send short explanation to your customers upfront.

Amazing views, perfect location, helpful staff, and very comfortable bed. As a solo traveler, the staff made my stay a pleasure from helping me get reservations to giving me easy directions.
Although the omelette was very nice, I wasn’t able to eat most of the breakfast due to a gluten allergy.

Quiet location above the city with great view of all of Prague. Very attentive staff-Pavel was very helpful.
Terrasse could stay open for the guests. It’s closed at 17:00. Too early in summer.

Absolutely wonderful place, where people invest a bit of their heart in everything they are doing - cleaning (it really feels like home, it’s that clean), serving breakfast, answering questions, helping with additional requests. Stuff is super helpful and kind.
Pet accommodation deserves a separate praise: our little dog has never been treated with such kindness. For a very modest fee he was greeted with a super clean and comfy bed and a new shiny bowl (just to clarify: in most hotels pet accommodation fee is higher and is charged for nothing - merely for the fact that the hotel lets the pet in. It’s a rear luxury to get a bowl of water:)))-
WiFi was non-existent in our room.

Wonderful
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful through email and in person during our stay.
The water temperature fluctuated quite a bit during showers and there was no fan in the bathroom. Parking was a challenge but that seems to be the norm in the Czech Republic.
