Attentive and supportive staff in the reception. Perfect location, a few minutes from the old town. Clean room with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. My friend and I would definitely stay there again!!

Comfortable bed and had a fridge
Room was clean but room in terrible condition, rotten doors and windows and paint pealing off paintwork, very basic cooking facility's I feel that the cost for the stay was expensive in relation to other places I've stopped at in Prague as I visit 4 times a year

Disappointing
We were asked to provide a €40 damage deposit during our stay in case of any damages. However, this was not mentioned anywhere in the booking conditions before we completed the reservation through Booking. It would be better if such information was clearly stated in advance so guests know about it before making a reservation.

In a convenient but quieter area within easy walking distance of all sights! Really comfortable bed, nice bathroom, room safe, helpful staff & great value for money.
No breakfast (but places nearby or kitchenette in room). Slightly jaded fixtures & flooring.
