Cleaning is just terrible. During the week, the bed linen has never been changed. It is indicated that you need to throw towels on the floor to change them, but the cleaners just hung towels from the floor back on the hanger, so I always had to go for new towels at the reception. No kettle in a room, no cups, no clippers - everything is inconvenient. For my health I need to drink hot water and usually hotels provide some boilers at reception/restaurant at least, but there it was no option for me at all. The breakfast is very poor, not worth the price, although the restaurant is beautiful itself.

Nothing really.
Well, the property wasn't that clean at all. Also, when we arrived after 1000 km of driving, the receptionist asked us to go out and take money from the ATM because they didn't accept euros for tourist fee also their POS for card payement did not work. After 12 hours of driving, we needed to go out to the ATM to get 5. I repeat 5 for tourist fee or somn'. He didn't allow us to go to our rooms before this was paid. Also, who gave this Hotel 4 stars, was out of his mind. 3 stars max. low budget hotel, low quality furniture, dark and super used rooms. This is not a 4 star hotel, don't go here if you want to have a 4 star experience.

Breakfast was ok, albeit a bigger variety of fruit and vegetables would be nice.
Pretty much everything. Not all receptionists spoke english. The room looked nothing like the pictures advertised. On the first night we didn't have any heating. The following morning after our complaints the handyman was sent to our room who appeared at our doorstep with a screwdriver. After that we had the heating on. Also there's only lukewarm water in the shower for the first 15minutes, until it gets to the temperature suitable to shower. This was happening every morning and evening. The furniture in the room was very worn and didn't look like anything from the pictures on the booking.com. There's a small TV. Bar was empty. We couldn't find in our room the 'do not disturb' cards to hang on the doorknob. We noticed that the 'cleaner' had visited our room daily, but the beds weren't made, bathroom sink, shower or floors were not cleaned, though one day they took our the rubbish and gave one clean towel.
Generally it was the worst hotel stay we ever had

- breakfast is general is good comparing price-offerings.
breakfast lacks basic items like fresh cow milk and plant based drinks like soja or almond.
pillows are too flat
mattresses were rigid and not so comfy but doable.
be prepared to hear all the street noises.
overall I would rate this hotel 3 well deserved stars, definitely not 4.

Disappointing
Nothing in particular.
From the very first moment, I just did not feel welcome. The receptionist was not very friendly. He checked me in while negotiating something with another guest, and it felt very unprofessional. I felt like both the other guest and I were annoying him. There was a document to sign, and when I was reading it thoroughly, he impatiently tapped on the place where I was supposed to just sign. The street is pretty busy and noisy; I had to keep my windows closed because of that. The TV was set to Italian and Austrian channels only, with no option to change it (I asked). There was no option for any video-on-demand either. The breakfast was very poor. The whole place is old and doesn't seem to be properly taken care of or cleaned.

People working in hotel are very polite and friendly, they are very excited to help you with all your needs. Hotel is 10min walk from Andel station, so you got a good connection of public transport, with town and airport. Addtionaly, closest historical and tourist attractions are 40min away by walk so if you are planing to stay for a few days you should take a public transport
My only issue is that room didn't had electric stove for us to prepare tea in the evening or in the afternoon, after a loong walk during the day

Disappointing
I liked the location, not at all far from the centre of town, and there was a tram station very close to it, very convenient!
I have to say that the room was very disappointing, the pictures of the room that are shared are very misleading, in the pictures of the room that we booked we saw a big bathroom with a tub, when in actuality our bathroom was a totally different one, much smaller and no tub to be seen, only a shower.
The furniture and utilities of the room were very old - the wooden vanity dressing table was all scraped and crooked, because of the old furniture, the room in general also smelled bad.
So much stuff shown in the pictures, were missing in our room, there was a working desk in the picture, but we didnt have one at all - adding more to the point of being very misleading.
We were also not pleased with the staff, no complaints, but we really did not feel welcome in the property from them, and also when we left.
I must say not worth the money that we spent.

The design is nice, old fashioned authentic building, 20 minutes walk from the old town area. The breakfast was good.
No air conditioning in the room, and we could not open the window because of the noise from the street. The staff at the reception wasn't the nicest.

The rooms are spacious, the cleanliness is very good. At breakfast, varied food to choose from, both hot and cold. Even if at first we had the impression that we were far from the city center, later we realized that the public transport is very well set up and we could quickly reach any part of the city
Poor quality coffee. Probably the settings of the machine are not appropriate, because an espresso is actually a long coffee
