Staff very nice. Clean. Breakfast was always fresh and lovely
Mini fridge and coffee etc were never topped up. No milk for tea or coffee at all. Would of been nice to have an information book in room.

Wonderful
Large rooms, comfortable bed. Staff was extremely helpful. We stored our luggage on the last day as our train didn't leave until 8 pm. Breakfast had a nice typical assortment for the area. They had elevators!!!!!! This was great with 2 large suitcases it was greatly appreciated and not a common occurrence everywhere you stay.
Shower is small, but works great.

We wanted to upgrade the room. The staff didn't know how to do that. The facilities and room didn't live up to expectations from the pictures.

Friendly staff on reception 24 hours a day. The door was secure with access only by the key card or being buzzed in. The room was cleaned every day unless asked not to and generally in good condition.
There was a French fry on the stairway for the last 4 days of my stay and still there when I left, this shows the level of attention to cleaning. Things were a bit dusty and generally the place is in need of a renovation. The shower cubicle was a small triangle in the corner of an otherwise generous bathroom, the cubicle was also mostly taken up by a massive tap so it was quite awkward to shower.

Breakfast traditional Czech with plenty dishes. Topped up coffee and orange juice plenty of tables and space
No English tea bag's. But not going to down mark for that "we was wanting a traditional Czech hotel.

Location was good, about 15 -20 min walking from charles bridge, and old centrum. Breakfast buffet was good.
Im not the typical difficult customer writing badly about hotels for small things, but this experience was so bad that I needed to share it for other travellers. The Beds were terrible. I could not sleep the first night. And got back pain. finally, after complaining and checking 3 rooms, we found a room with beds that we could sleep the second night. Lady in the breakfast, very unpolite, did not let us finish the breakfast, we started at 9.25 , at 9.58 the lady blocked the coffe machine, and did not let my girlfriend to take a last coffe. We were finishing our breakfast , the lady kicked us out of the breakfast room at 10.01. I was very pissed off, all the food was trown away. Not the way to treat paying customers. The hotel overall is definitely far from a 4 stars , max. 3 stars. old facilities combined with unprofessional, frustrated employees, makes the experience very disappointing!. We will never come back.
