The location is perfect …everything thing is 5 to 15 mins away ..the hotel is very clean , facilities are great they have everything. I even got a free magnet which was an amazing gesture:) would highly recommend this hotel ..I will be staying here when ever I am back ..also the staff were amazing from the reception to the restaurant ones .

Everything! The staff was amazing, we arrived super late due to a flight delay and they still received us with a smile and an amazing attitude. Everyday we found mini chocolates in our rooms, among others. The location is superb and breakfast amazing!

The hotel was located right next to the Charles bridge on the castle side of the river. It was right beside an ancient medieval tower. The room was spacious and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the bath room was well designed. The breakfast food buffet was delicious and they had lots of gluten and lactose free food options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner one night and it was delicious too and excellent value for money and service.
Everything was perfect - maybe have more English tv channels?

Location is amazing. 10 mins walk to the castle. A few steps to the foot of Charles Bridge. Lovely views.
Unwanted early starts due to road works ,bin removal and snow removal early in the mornings!

Staff was kind and fabulous. Room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. I dropped some jewelry down the drain and they found it for me. They graciously gave us free snacks & gifts every day and a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. So many little special touches and kindness. I loved my stay and will definitely be back to stay again!
