Our room, located in the neighbouring house, was beautiful! It was large, quiet and very comfortable. The view down the little side street was lovely. The room was kept clean, towels and toiletries were replaced when needed, and it was a lovely touch to receive a little “treat” each day — a chocolate or some fruit — when we returned to our room.
Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The staff were polite and friendly.
Check-in, even though it was late at night, was smooth. We had planned our trip well and had few questions, but the staff were always happy to help when needed.
The location was perfect. It felt quieter than the Old Town, but was still very much within walking distance of everything we needed. The hotel is literally just a step away from Charles Bridge.

Nice large room with exceptionally comfortable bed. In the heart of the tourist area so very convenient to walk out of the hotel and immediately start to sight see. Directly next to the Charles Bridge.
Breakfast began at 7:30 and we had to leave at 7:00. They provided a breakfast to go but it was a sandwich and a granola bar. Would have liked a cup of fruit, a hard boiled egg or a crossaint.

The location is fabulous, it is very central but still feels private and quiet. The room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable, with high ceiling and great views. The stuff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they left very nice compliments here and there while making up the room. We also absolutely loved the nice restaurant at discounted cost for hotel guests. Hope to be back soon!

Loved the location and that it was walkable to all the historical sites, restaurants, and shops. The restaurant was great and all staff members were engaging.
The only thing was that extreme hot temperatures. The AC didn't work well (filter was dirty) and hallways were hot.

This is an excellent property in Prague!
The location and service were outstanding located right at the foot of the Charles Bridge in Lesser Town . We could walk to everything. The service was outstanding as well. Our room was huge and comfortable and so quiet given our location. The breakfast daily delicious. The terrace on the rooftop a true gem.

Incredible location, Mala Strana is way cooler than old town. Staff was great, and the restaurant service was fantastic. you even get a coupon for the restaurant and free entrance to the Charles Bridge tower.
