Our room was spacious for 3, clean, comfortable and located on the top floor of adjoining property. The location of the hotel, at the end of Charles Bridge, was excellent and meant we were close to everything but still tucked away from noise. Staff were helpful and welcoming and we loved the little gifts left during our stay.
Nothing at all. This hotel is a fantastic choice and we would return again.

Friendly staff very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very well positioned at the start of the Charles bridge within easy walking to the castle district and the old town. Amongst the facilities is a creperie serving gluten free meals and gluten free beer
There was no information in the room for example WiFi codes, meal serving times, the fact they had a gluten free creperie on site, that there was an ironing service you could use, checkout tines etc. Just small things that would have made the stay better without having to ring reception all the time.

Comfortable with good facilities. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a great meal in the restaurant on the evening we arrived. Very handy for the tram service which made getting around Prague really easy.
The only very small thing was that the hot breakfast buffet food could have been hotter.

Wonderful property in an excellent location. The staff welcomed us warmly, and even made up the rooms early for members of our party who arrived in the morning. Very comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, great location… we highly recommend the hotel pod vezi.
