Perfect location next to Charles bridge and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was phenomenal - excellent service from arranging pick up and drop off to airport. Love that they give you the free ticket to climb to the top of the tower by Charles Bridge. Every day after they clean the room they give you surprises from chocolates, macaroons, to complimentary crepes at their restaurant, to champagne on our last day! And the daily breakfast was amazing!

The hotel was excellent. They arranged transport from the airport and our driver was exceptional - told us all about the history and landmarks as he drove us to the hotel. It was a great start to our trip.

I loved the location. The property was beautiful.
Coming from a North American, the shower was a bit of a challenge!!
Also, not a huge deal but I would rate the breakfast a 8. The reason being that the “ hot “ part of the breakfast was not kept at a safe heat. Especially the eggs. I love eggs…! But I had to resort to other items.

This was great! Right in the heart of activity and easy to walk everywhere. Super comfortable room and bathroom. Very clean! They had water and chocolate in the room and spare soaps and lotions. We had a little trouble finding our parking spot because our GPS was not cooperating so one of the staff actually came out and rode in the car with us to direct us, lol. It was very close but because of the one way streets, easy to get mixed up if you are not familiar with the area. It was right next to the bridge and a quick walk to the astronomical clock. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely old hotel in a great location. Staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and beautiful, and the amenities were great.
Cafe food was not special, but it was nice to have breakfast at the hotel and an option for a late dinner.

The deluxe room we booked was a very spacious and nicely appointed corner room, and also quiet even though it was located in a fairly busy section of the city. But things quieted down around 11 pm and we had no trouble at all sleeping. Every day the staff left nice little gifts, such as a bottle of water, pastries, a bottle of sparkling wine, a fridge magnet, pillow chocolates. This happened every single day, not just on the day of arrival as is the custom in most hotels. Breakfast was very good, there was always a nice selection of savory and sweet foods. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had and spoke excellent English.
There was a nice creperie in the hotel annex where we got hotel discount, as well as in the hotel restaurant. It was a wise decision to stay in Lesser Town, because the Old Town side is much busier, noisier and crazier. Very happy with this choice.
Nothing really, the hotel fully met our expectations and was in line with other 4-star hotels we stayed at.

Staff was simply lovely. Room was clean and quiet. We had never visited Prague before, and were delighted to discover the Hotel Pod Věží sits right at the end of the St Charles bridge and is convenient to everything!

The breakfast was great especially the Waffles that you could do on your own. Highlight in the morning.
I also appreciated the location of the Hotel, for the fact that it was right by the Charles Bridge was superb.

Thank you for making our anniversary special. You went above and beyond with the favorable room assignment and the celebration champagne. We LOVED Prague, a perfect choice to spend our anniversary. Especially thank you to Toni and Ales, you gave us excellent advice about how to get to the hotel, even arranged the transportation to and from the hotel, and you set up our room with the champagne. We felt so cared for. Your hotel is perfect proximity to everything, we were able to walk to our tours and restaurants that we wanted to go to. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice room: spacious, clean, well appointed. Great location steps from Charles bridge, minutes to Old Town, 10 minute walk to Prague Castle. Staff was helpful, breakfast was delicious with many options. Highly recommend.
