The hotel was beautiful, with wonderful "belle epoque" style. Very good service. Ten-minute walk from some of the spots to visit. Wonderful breakfast and ample rooms. They have a restaurant-cafe beautifully decorated in the same style, who offers the best macchiato we had!
The hotel needs some refurbishing. The beds (we asked for tween beds) were very narrow and small and the tube in the bathroom was dangerously high and slippery for us seniors.

The hotel staff were exceptional - polite, unobtrusive and efficient. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was better than most hotels I have stayed in - lots of choice and a coffee machine to have as many drinks as you needed. Food very tasty. Our room was very comfortable and it was cleaned and bed made up very efficiently and early each morning. Hotel location perfect - near to everything but quiet and tucked away in a side street.
Bathroom was a bit small and it was difficult to have a shower without spraying the floor with water as the shower screen was too small. But it was scrupulously clean.

Went to visit Winged Lion Monument for the Freedom Fighters which my wife's dads name is on brilliant location to everything.

The location. I loved the at texture & decor of the building. Lighting fixtures were amazing. Breakfast was good & a nice variety. The staff were lovely & extremely accommodating. Would stay here again & highly recommend this hotel.

We really appreciated the location of this hotel, in the heart of the city, only a short walk away from main attractions. We also appreciated the staff in the reception, they were very helpful and proactive: we travelled by car and made parking reservations in advance with the hotel for the two days we were planning to stay in Prague. Because we were planning to leave very early in the morning and the garage would only open at 8 am, we asked them to bring our car in front of the hotel the evening prior to our departure. They not only did that, but also did not charge us for the second day of garage parking. We were really impressed with their customer orientation and availability.
The room smelled funny, kind of like gasoline. We asked why that is and they said it is an old hotel and it is what it is. The furniture, carpet and bathroom could use an update since this was not a cheap accommodation.
