The location could not have been better as it's right in the center of town, right close to the Powder Tower. The breakfast could not have been better either, something for everyone. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant as well. I'd stay here again if I came to Prague.
The room was a bit small, but it was nice. The prices for the drinks in the little refrigerator in the room were very high (we didn't take any) as was the price for the taxi they ordered for us to get to the central train station which we only took due to the rain. When we arrived, we walked about 15 minutes to get to the hotel from the train station. The taxi ride was about 5 minutes, and the hotel charged us 25 Euros or 500 KC's for it.

We had a delightful stay for four nights in the centre of Prague, at this well located and impressive Hotel. We enjoyed a good dinner at Tony's Bar on first night rather than go find a restaurant. The Breakfast Buffet was varied and comprehensive, and made for a good start to the day. The Staff spoke excellent English!
The Room was a little smaller than we imagined but no great problem, though the shower cubicle in the Bathroom could do with a wider opening!

The location is excellent - beside the Muzeum metro stop and few steps away from the Namesti Republiky tram stop. 10 minutes walking to Old Town square and Wenceslas Square.
The restaurant is beautiful and breakfast is good - with all the usual stuff for hot and continental breakfast.
It wasn't a problem for me as I was travelling solo but if I were travelling with my husband, the hotel's "large double bed" might still be a bit too small for us.

God willing, I will return to this hotel when going to Prague. I keep my reasons private, as one would protect a royal treasure with 5 locks.
