Wonderful
The hotel is beautiful, very clean and on excellent location. The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely. The staff is welcoming. A few minor bumps (the water pressure, lack of espresso machine in the room) didn’t really matter. The location is right near the powder tower so it’s close to everything and still very quiet at night. Breakfast was good. Not terribly versatile but nice and fresh.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was beautiful, and the staff was outstanding. Everyone was kind, professional, and truly made the stay feel special.
The price is on the higher side, but the experience fully justifies it.

The location is great. Staff was friendly. The interior is old glamorous style which we knew before hand. Not modern but interesting.
I felt like paying 50€ for 24 hours for parking is too much. Beds are were unfortunately 2 single beds pushed together which is not comfortable. Toilet has a funny smell which leaked into the room. This also means we had to spray our body spray just to keep the smell under control. Think there is a refresh of the rooms needed incl new toilet, better TV location and more TV channels. It needs to be better thought out. Let me out it like this- I won't be coming back because nothing blew my mind.

Beautiful building with fantastic views. Close to everything. Restaurant was great and the staff was wonderful. They even made us a breakfast to go for our early flight
Had some mishaps in the bathroom but just Americans trying to figure out the European way of showering

Located in the central area, easy to walk or using the tram.
The breakfast was excellent, more than expected.
The toilet was separated from the shower area .
The shower area is slightly small. The glass to protect the water was too small making the floor to be wet after shower.

Great central location just behind the Powder Gate.
Art deco style.
Friendly & efficient staff.
Rooms good size with effective and quiet HVAC. Our room (415) had a Juliette balcony.
Adjacent bar with excellent & knowledgeable bartenders (esp. Jiri).
Buffet breakfask ok not great.
Nice Czech art on display throughout.
Shower over bath. Quite a step down from the bath and the wall-mounted grab handle is too low. Would be an issue for some.
