Wonderful
The location is amazing - right in the city center. The hotel has a nice decor theme of early 20th century design which we find unique. The room was huge - which was very convenient. The breakfast was nice and had diverse options.
The room’s toilet were not clean enough. The dry sauna was out of use for several days during our stay.

The shower floor was flat with no lip at all and so the water flooded on to floor whenever it was used

Breakfast was excellent and the location super given our long walks in the city.
I want to note the excellent service of your employee doorman. He is a senior middle age man with white hair that help us a lot with tips and also handling our baggage and helping with the taxis.
I felt bad when we left on last Tuesday as we did not have cash to reward his help.
Everybody also in the reception was excellent and I commend the man above for a good merit increase or bonus given the assistance and service he gives.
May be you need to update/upgrade your elevators and they seem little slow.

Beautiful architecture and decor. rooms were cozy. Staff was excellent and the breakfast was a fantastic way to start each day.
The bathtub is excellent, but still not a fan of the small half shower doors.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and on excellent location. The bed was very comfortable and the room was lovely. The staff is welcoming. A few minor bumps (the water pressure, lack of espresso machine in the room) didn’t really matter. The location is right near the powder tower so it’s close to everything and still very quiet at night. Breakfast was good. Not terribly versatile but nice and fresh.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was beautiful, and the staff was outstanding. Everyone was kind, professional, and truly made the stay feel special.
The price is on the higher side, but the experience fully justifies it.

Beautiful building with fantastic views. Close to everything. Restaurant was great and the staff was wonderful. They even made us a breakfast to go for our early flight
Had some mishaps in the bathroom but just Americans trying to figure out the European way of showering

Located in the central area, easy to walk or using the tram.
The breakfast was excellent, more than expected.
The toilet was separated from the shower area .
The shower area is slightly small. The glass to protect the water was too small making the floor to be wet after shower.

Staff is great!
Issue with housekeeping changed towels even if not on floor. I'm environmentally concern and like to use towels 3 days. Sometimes they didn't replace glasses. Also, bottle water only offered on first day. Why not everyday it's a lovely touch.
Location was the best close to Republic Square near many Christmas markets. Also, a huge mall The Palladium. Also, area had many restaurants options

Great old building right in the center of town with a nice gym and spa. Comfortable bed and tons of closet space.
Shower was ridiculous. It was impossible not to flood the bathroom. Rooms were a bit hot.

Such a lovely hotel, full of character (jugend? art deco?), we really loved it. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated (to our taste). Staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was varied and kept presentable by the staff also when the dining room was full. The adjacent bar / bistro, Tony's, was a gem, so homely and beautifully decorated. The hotel is also very centrally located, the old town is easily reached on foot. Public transport is just around the corner. We felt a bit sad to leave this lovely establishment.

I used to stay in Prague Paris Hotel 50 years ago couple times , when I was coming for business
from Wroclaw Poland and I loved hotel Paris and Prague than.
This time I came from USA where I Live already for 37 years. Hotel Paris and Prague Looked even more beautiful.
We Loved it.
U Fleku is still the same and we loved it too.

We stayed 2 nights and it was wonderful. Breakfast was very good and worth the cost. Arriving, we walked from the train station to the hotel and it was a reasonable distance. Leaving, we used the hotel transport to the airport and we feel that was worthwhile since the route is very complicated and perhaps a taxi would have taken advantage. The hotel is a perfect distance from the main plaza attractions .
