Stylish place, stylish surroundings. Beautiful, clean and quiet. Breakfast place beautiful, large choice of food and drinks, very well organized, kind and polite staff.

Great central location just behind the Powder Gate.
Art deco style.
Friendly & efficient staff.
Rooms good size with effective and quiet HVAC. Our room (415) had a Juliette balcony.
Adjacent bar with excellent & knowledgeable bartenders (esp. Jiri).
Buffet breakfask ok not great.
Nice Czech art on display throughout.
Shower over bath. Quite a step down from the bath and the wall-mounted grab handle is too low. Would be an issue for some.

The location was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable
Poor room for £250 a night. Breakfast was cold, coffee machine was luke warm, spa times are ridiculous at 2-10. You can't use them before checkout and you probably won't use it after check-in. Silly really
The doors absolutely slam shut with no gentle closing

Delicious breakfast. Decor was stunning. Spa lovely. Staff super helpful.
Shower was a bit weak, but the heated bathroom floor was great. We had a twin, and the beds were singles not Queens which would have been better.

The location is excellent, right across from the Palladium Mall, the metro, and public transportation. Everything is clean. The breakfast is tasty and varied. The entire city is within walking distance from the hotel.

Staff is great!
Issue with housekeeping changed towels even if not on floor. I'm environmentally concern and like to use towels 3 days. Sometimes they didn't replace glasses. Also, bottle water only offered on first day. Why not everyday it's a lovely touch.
Location was the best close to Republic Square near many Christmas markets. Also, a huge mall The Palladium. Also, area had many restaurants options
