Breakfast was really good and the room had a lot of space
We had to change rooms due the fact the AC wasn’t working properly. And in the second room, it didn’t work properly as well (room was too hot)

Absolutely amazing place to spend a weekend in Prague: strategic location, helpful staff, amazing breakfast, wonderful restaurant with a selection of local seasonal dishes. Let alone a historic background of the hotel itself allowing you to enjoy the atmosphere and decour of Bell epoque. Would certainly recommend!

Wonderful, accommodating staff. Great location near Powder Tower, landmark for old/new town adventures. 5min walk to plaza where many sights to explore.
Breakfast was plentiful and healthy.
Spa and gym nice to enjoy.
Front desk booked airport transfers and personalized art deco tour.
Had to leave so soon.

A lovely hotel in great location. All of the staff were helpful.
The hotel took a large sum of money as a holding deposit on our account $500au , we were not told the amount until after they payment was processed and then advised that the money would not be returned until 5 business days later.

Beautiful architecture and location of the hotel. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. The bar/restaurant food was really good (something that is not always true in a lot of hotel I've been!).
