Beautiful property, lovely staff. Food in the bar was surprisingly good and excellent local wine. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The staff write absolutely fantastic they gave us a free bottle of sparkling wine as a surprise for my 30th birthday was very nice of them. the hotel is really nice perfectly located would defiantly stay here again
the only complaint I had was the Spa the hot tub wasn’t very hot but the sauna and steam room were very hot so it was fine other than that place was perfect

A very beautiful building. An ideal location for walking. A spacious, clean, and cozy room. Very friendly staff. A good sauna.

The location is amazing - right in the city center. The hotel has a nice decor theme of early 20th century design which we find unique. The room was huge - which was very convenient. The breakfast was nice and had diverse options.
The room’s toilet were not clean enough. The dry sauna was out of use for several days during our stay.

Almost all the staff were kind and relaxed.
I made a reservation in advance and told them what type of room I wanted, and they said it was possible. Actually, after checking in, it wasn't the room type I wanted, and they said they couldn't change it because there were no rooms available. She was the only employee at this hotel who was not friendly from the start, and I was disappointed with the hotel.

This beautiful hotel was a joy to stay in! The fact that it was an original Art Nouveau building just added to its appeal. The rooms were large and very comfortable and well looked after. All staff were friendly and very helpful in making suggestions and reservations for restaurants. The included breakfast was also lovely with a good variety and great coffee.
