Noise from stuff in the early morning chatting together while cleaning and It needs better soundproofing, as you can hear noise from the hallways. However, the hotel is elegant and beautiful, with a classic old-world style—perfect for those who love historic palaces and antique interiors.

Location, accommodation, breakfast - excellent. Helpful staff. Art Nuevo architecture and furnishings perfectly kept. Definitely worth coming back.
While a welcoming bottle of water was provided, they don’t provide it every day.

המלון מקסים ומפנק. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, החדר היה מספיק גדול גם ל 3 הצוות היה נהדר!, מסביר פנים, עזרו לנו להתמצא וסייעו בנעימות בכל מה שביקשנו. המיקום מצוין שקט ומרכזי והיה קל להגיע ברגל ובתחבורה ציבורית לכל מקום.
אהבנו כמעט הכל. כמה פרטים קטנים לשיפור: המנקות העירו אותנו בחלק מהבקרים למרות ששמנו שלט שמבקש לא להפריע. היה מעט מידי מקום לתליית מגבות/ תיקים/ בגדים. האמבטיה גדולה נהיה ומרווחת אבל גבוהה קשה ומחליק לצאת ממנה.

Wonderful
Excellent location close to sights without being in the middle of the crowds. Staff is accommodating, a pleasure to deal with and attentive to all details. Breakfast variety was good and quality was above average. Room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Would definitely choose this hotel in a future trip and highly recommend it to others.

1. Reception The receptionist who checked us in (a young blonde female) was not welcoming. There was no smile, very little eye contact, and the interaction felt distant. First impressions matter, and our arrival did not reflect the level of hospitality expected from a five-star hotel. 2. Reception service I asked the same front desk blonde female receptionist to print a single page and was told it could take 10 to 30 minutes. That seemed excessive for such a simple request. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she is a manager with no to voice my concerns and frustrations to. 3. Guest room The room was clean but outdated and would benefit from a renovation. 4. Guest amenities Complimentary bottled water was not replenished during our stay. At this price point, this is a basic amenity many guests expect. 5. Bathroom The shower handle leaks. The raised shower platform (approximately 30 cm) creates a potential slip hazard. The toilet is too close to the wall. The faucet is not centered over the sink, causing water to spill onto the countertop. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, allowing unpleasant odours to spread into the bedroom. 6. Gym access Accessing the gym is unnecessarily complicated. Guests must call reception from a phone several metres away to have the door unlocked. By the time the call ends and you return to the door, it often locks again, requiring the process to be repeated. 7. Gym shower privacy The gym, spa, and jacuzzi shower has clear glass and is positioned directly beside the entrance. People entering the wellness area can easily see someone showering, providing very little privacy. Each of these issues deserves attention. Together, they noticeably affect the overall guest experience and fall short of what one would expect from a five-star hotel.

My tour guide ran a scam on me at the front desk whereby I was charged 11X the equivalent of an airport transfer into the city for two short transfers at the start of a walking tour. Disgusted. Stay away.

Gorgeous and unique place, very clean and classic art noveau style. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, very accommodating, responded to our needs quickly , perfect location, very peaceful.
Breakfast could have been a little bit better, still decent and substantial. It would have been nice if the offerings changed every now and again. It was the same items everyday. Not bad though.
