This is my second visit in the hotel and I am happy to be back. I like the location (next to Obecní Dům), old charm of the hotel which takes you back in time....The decorations were ready for Christmas - lovely Christmas tree. The room is well equipped, very cosy and warm. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Mr Doorman who welcomes you from the moment you arrive. Also taxi service is good - you ask for the pick up and the driver is waiting for you. I am glad to see that the hotel does not make photocopy of credit card anymore which was the case last year. If you are looking for old charm and cosy hotel, this is definitely a place to stay at.
The capacity of breakfast room is limited - therefore I had to wait about 10 minutes for the table. This was not the case last year - breakfast was served in another room, much bigger. This is something that Management needs to solve. It is stressful for the guests and the staff who tries their best to accommodate the needs. Being solo does not help - some guests were served ahead of me although I came for breakfast earlier and before them.

Gorgeous hotel. Very central but quiet side street so no noise. Never arrived/departed/walked past a staff member who did not greet us and smile. Had a nice 4th floor corner room with fabulous views over picturesque rooftops and beautifully lit churches. Large well equipped bathroom, all supplies needed. Comfortable bed. Lots of room around us. Greeted by large bottle of water and a bag of chocolates. Not related to hotel but a tip : Be careful as a tourist. I had my handbag dipped at a church, backpack whilst in my back professionally unzipped and purse with currency, cards etc all gone. No warning around about this being a problem, but be careful.
The breakfast room is beautiful. The staff plentiful and helpful. Coffee from machines, which sadly seems to be the way of the world. Saddest disappointment ( 1st world problem) was the poor quality orange juice, well it was squash? We had water in the end. Not even that fussy, any carton juice would have done us. Orange squash not in keeping with the high standards of this lovely hotel.

We stayed 2 nights and it was wonderful. Breakfast was very good and worth the cost. Arriving, we walked from the train station to the hotel and it was a reasonable distance. Leaving, we used the hotel transport to the airport and we feel that was worthwhile since the route is very complicated and perhaps a taxi would have taken advantage. The hotel is a perfect distance from the main plaza attractions .

Great location - 5m walk from Old Town Square. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We would definiatly return and recommentd.

Breakfast was excellent and the location super given our long walks in the city.
I want to note the excellent service of your employee doorman. He is a senior middle age man with white hair that help us a lot with tips and also handling our baggage and helping with the taxis.
I felt bad when we left on last Tuesday as we did not have cash to reward his help.
Everybody also in the reception was excellent and I commend the man above for a good merit increase or bonus given the assistance and service he gives.
May be you need to update/upgrade your elevators and they seem little slow.

The property is beautiful in terms of Art Nouveau style and location is super ideal. The rooms are neat and clean and comfortable!

Place was perfect for an older couple who prefers quiet, class and location. We had lunch and dinner there on some days and these meals were tasty, classy and reasonably priced.
Breakfast was good but would have benefitted for some change in menu. We stayed for 4 days and menu was less exciting as the days passed because the offerings were the same every morning.

Absolutely gorgeous old world hotel, fabulous decor and staff who couldn't do enough. The room was gorgeous and breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The location was super, a few minutes walk from all the main attractions.

The location could not have been better as it's right in the center of town, right close to the Powder Tower. The breakfast could not have been better either, something for everyone. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant as well. I'd stay here again if I came to Prague.
The room was a bit small, but it was nice. The prices for the drinks in the little refrigerator in the room were very high (we didn't take any) as was the price for the taxi they ordered for us to get to the central train station which we only took due to the rain. When we arrived, we walked about 15 minutes to get to the hotel from the train station. The taxi ride was about 5 minutes, and the hotel charged us 25 Euros or 500 KC's for it.
