Absolute gem of a hotel in the heart of central Prague, right on top of transit and steps from everything you could want to do on a visit. The hotel was very charming, the rooms quite comfortable, the street views lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was served in a gorgeous room with street views like you're at a restaurant. Staff were quite attentive, would absolutely visit again. One of the best hotels I've stayed at anywhere.
This is hardly a criticism but a note worth making: the bathtubs are quite tall compared to what one might expect. Great for a luxurious bath but for someone with mobility issues you might want to examine that.

The hotel was in a great location close to everything we wanted to see and do with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops around. It is within walking distance to the central train station. The room size was great. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Dinner at the restaurant was also good. It is a beautiful building. If we return to Prague we would definitely stay here again.
We would have preferred a couple of English speaking TV channels that weren't world news but that's a minor issue compared to all the positives this hotel provides.

Beautiful hotel,filled with great art and sculptures. Big, wide hallways and staircase - don’t miss to look around. There’s a lot of attention to detail - it almost transports you to early 20th century. It’s a minute or two to metro or tram and a big shopping center Palladium. Within 5-7 minutes walk you are at the astronomical clock and another couple of mins to the Charles River.

Breakfast was really good and the room had a lot of space
We had to change rooms due the fact the AC wasn’t working properly. And in the second room, it didn’t work properly as well (room was too hot)

Absolutely amazing place to spend a weekend in Prague: strategic location, helpful staff, amazing breakfast, wonderful restaurant with a selection of local seasonal dishes. Let alone a historic background of the hotel itself allowing you to enjoy the atmosphere and decour of Bell epoque. Would certainly recommend!

Wonderful, accommodating staff. Great location near Powder Tower, landmark for old/new town adventures. 5min walk to plaza where many sights to explore.
Breakfast was plentiful and healthy.
Spa and gym nice to enjoy.
Front desk booked airport transfers and personalized art deco tour.
Had to leave so soon.
