The manager is a really nice person, he helped us a lot. I felt very safe in the hotel. The owners were also pleasant and very nice. And also the reception staff. The hotel is very nice for children, toys were waiting for us in the room, there was a baby chair in the dining room and also there was a children's stool. The location is great, in a very nice neighborhood. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Location, staff, facilities- all were great and comfortable. We had arrived earlier than check-in hour and generously got our keys.
It is a very nice location for families, quite yet close to everything, lots of parks and green.
The staff were so kind and willing to help.
And breakfast is also very nice, with also kids equipment and chairs.

The hotel was in a very quiet area of the city. We stayed in a studio on the top floor so the view over the city was stunnning. The staff was very friendly and quick to help. Good breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Will return with a future ocasion for sure.
The water pressure was a little low but that was ok.

Fabulous, spacious accommodation. Very comfortable bed and great shower. The breakfast was very good and plentiful with a good choice of both cooked and continental style options available. The staff were exceptional, always pleasant and willing to help and communication was great. When we return to Prague we will definitely stay again at the Orion and would highly recommend it to others
