The staff was great and very helpful. Our rooms were clean and tidy. The location was very good, close to metro station and trams.
There was some problem with hot water availability in the bathroom during our stay.

Excellent location a short walk to the metro. We could get everywhere we wanted to go - all over the city - easily! Cute neighborhood with some good restaurants. The staff were friendly and breakfast was great. We had a kitchenette and a washer (no dryer) Great value for the price and would recommend highly.
We stayed in a top floor unit. Looked cute in the pictures but the slanted roof line made it impossible to stand up anywhere but the middle of the room. We are both tall so a bit uncomfortable.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Anton helped me by telephone prior to arrival and after arrival , during our stay. Andre was helpful too. We appreciated Silvie and he welcoming spirit at breakfast. Our stay was awesome and I would book again when visiting Prague.

Everything about this hotel is excellent - comfortable big bed, spacy shower cabin, quiet room and lovely view, good heating, tasty and sufficient breakfast, cleaning every day and of course - a great location, 30min walking distance to both city center and Vysehrad fortress, 5min walk to tram station, 10min walk to metro station. The staff was polite, we even bought water/beverages from the reception, because the prices were very reasonable. There are some nice places to eat around the corner, for which we were given 10% voucher discount from the hotel. Top place to stay in Prague 1. Thank you Orion Hotel!

First of all the staff. They were all so polite and Ms. Sylvia was always there to ask if everything is alright. Then, there's the location which is very convenient as it's 3-4 minutes from the tram station and 6-7 minutes from the metro station. The neighborhood has some great choices for food, beers and coffee. Also, the hotel had some complintary coupons for those places. Last but not least we found the breakfast choices fantastic. Especially their home made sweets. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to have a comfortable stay, explore Prague but don't want the downtown fuss.

We came for three nights and decided to stay for ten. That says it all.
The hotel is perfectly located in Prague 2 in a beautiful quiet area but with coffee and restaurants close by.
It is perfectly maintained, clean and beautiful. Breakfast is made daily by three ladies that produce the best pastries and dishes. Like the hotel, it is not pretentious - just the best home quality - a home in Prague.
The staff was attentive to every request. Thank you for a wonderful time.
The perfect base for a stay in Prague.
The mattresses could be upgraded.
