Breakfast was abundant and tasty, the hotel managed to accomodate our request for a balcony. Everyone was super nice and kind. The location was excellent, walking distance to most touristic spots. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Good breakfast and good location for trams and metro. Great value. I appreciated the laundry service. The young man who helped me at the front desk was super nice.
Wifi in the rooms would be good. And a few more electrical outlets would be good too.

The location is fantastic, right near the C line of the metro. The rooms where comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. Well worth the, very reasonable, price. I will absolutely stay here on future visits to Prague.

Good price. Breakfast included. Beautiful building. Comfortable bed.
I wish that the cleaning could have been done more meticulously. Our bathroom had silverfishes. There were also some ledges that were dusty and had strands of hair.

Hotel was very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.
Despite the good aspects, hotel has extremely bad and rude receptionists, especially women. Two women who rudely behaved to us. It will be better if the manager have more qualified staff here.

Nice, clean accomodation and friendly staff.
I enjoyed the breakfast everyday.. except on the last day.. the staff was refilling the breadtray, and one piece of bread fall on the floor and a guest picked it up and handed it to the staff. The lady of the staff put it on the side.. (which was a good sign) however minuts later after the guest went away and she was done filling the whole tray she placed the piece that fell on the ground on top of the other breads. It was very unfortunate, and I regret not having approached her. However I hope this feedback can reach her. For the rest she was very kind and helpfull.

- Tram station (Tesnov) is literally in front of the hotel and bus/metro station is 5mins walk. There is also a rejioget bus (Florenc bus station, 5-10mins walk) that go straight to PRG. - walking distance from Gluten free cafes and restaurants. - I felt safe as a solo female traveller.
- no whole body mirror - they provide 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner. It was okay but it dried the ends of my hair.If you are particular with your hair care, bring your own shampoo and conditioner. - breakfast is basic. I have gluten allergy so I only eat the eggs and then go out to get pastries/bread outside (fofrkafe 8mins walk, babicina spiz 15mins walk. Both 100% gluten free!). No water nor juice in breakfast. - leaking mini fridge with overpriced drinks

Very nice, clean room, old style, nice new Tv and bathroom and all the belongings. Very close to main railway station Florenz and also a 5 minutes walk from the centre. Very kind staff and extreme warm attention, speaking a good English. Very nice two lifts and breakfast.
