Nice, clean accomodation and friendly staff.
I enjoyed the breakfast everyday.. except on the last day.. the staff was refilling the breadtray, and one piece of bread fall on the floor and a guest picked it up and handed it to the staff. The lady of the staff put it on the side.. (which was a good sign) however minuts later after the guest went away and she was done filling the whole tray she placed the piece that fell on the ground on top of the other breads. It was very unfortunate, and I regret not having approached her. However I hope this feedback can reach her. For the rest she was very kind and helpfull.

- Tram station (Tesnov) is literally in front of the hotel and bus/metro station is 5mins walk. There is also a rejioget bus (Florenc bus station, 5-10mins walk) that go straight to PRG.
- walking distance from Gluten free cafes and restaurants.
- I felt safe as a solo female traveller.
- no whole body mirror
- they provide 2 in 1 shampoo + conditioner. It was okay but it dried the ends of my hair.If you are particular with your hair care, bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
- breakfast is basic. I have gluten allergy so I only eat the eggs and then go out to get pastries/bread outside (fofrkafe 8mins walk, babicina spiz 15mins walk. Both 100% gluten free!). No water nor juice in breakfast.

Very nice, clean room, old style, nice new Tv and bathroom and all the belongings. Very close to main railway station Florenz and also a 5 minutes walk from the centre. Very kind staff and extreme warm attention, speaking a good English. Very nice two lifts and breakfast.

Breakfast spread is decent and tastes nice with good choices to choose from. Location is accessible from all formats of public transport
Rooms slightly crammed but are decent. the linens weren't new nor looked fresh. Bathroom had old fittings but tried to kept clean.

Wonderful
The hotel is well appointed, near the old city. It is walking distance to almost all of Prague's main attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and well it. The staff are courteous and helpful. breakfast had just the right touch of European and American staples. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Hotel Opera and hope to be back soon.

Use of the fitness center was an extra fee! I understand spa services being extra, but for the gym to be an extra fee is ridiculous.

Wonderful
Charming hotel in a beautiful pink historical building. The staff was very attentive, we felt they care about our stay at the hotel, and helped with suggestions and fixing small issues (we couldn't understand how the hair drier works). The breakfast was freshly cooked, included a lot of different tasty dishes, fruits, several sorts of cheese and ham, great coffee and desserts!
We stayed at the double room, which was very clean, with comfortable beds, clean and nice bathroom, a very handy closet.
Everything at the hotel was just as we expected and we had a very nice stay.

Room size was great, very clean & comfortable.
Some staff were not very friendly.
The breakfast room did not have sufficient staff & we had to wait quite a while for eggs & bacon to be replenished.

The breakfast was very good. The lovation is exelent. The tram stop is rigth to the hottel. Theetrsostation is near the hotel. Center of the siti is 15 minutes walk.
Sundey morning is very croudy in the resturant for brekfast. Onestly I am not sure how the hotel stuf recognize the guests of the hotel in the restorant...

The location was great. The bed was comfortable.
The room felt too dusty. The carpets felt very dusty, there were no slippers in the room. Inside the cabinets were filled with dust.
The shower head pressure was very strong, however there's nowhere to hang the shower head so you need to hold it in your hand all the time. There was a shower curtain, but the curtain didn't cover the sink area which is right next to the bathtub. Everything next to the sink gets wet after showering.
I was expecting to have a kettle in the room - this is a four star hotel - there was no kettle.
The breakfast was okay, however if you go 10 minutes before breakfast, you won't find eggs, even bread (only 1 -2 slices left).
We booked a quiet room, but if you leave the window open, it's too noisy even at 6 a.m.
It's a four star hotel, there is a gym but you have to pay a fee to use the gym. It's locked all the time.
For that price, I was expecting a more comfort.
