The hotel was in such a great location. So close to the old town and you could get everywhere on foot. The hotel is super clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was such a nice surprise. It was modern and looked brand new especially the carpets. Breakfast was also great with loads on offer. If I come back to Prague I will definitely be staying here again. The hotel even gave us little bottles of Prosecco for free for my mother’s birthday which really made her day.

excelent location (close to metro stop), ease to get to downtown or river walk, loot of shops around
acces to nice restaurant from hotel lobby
Supper alternative if you do not like to stay at neighbour Hilton hotel.
all was fine and excellent, maybe just a scramble eggs were a bit salty for me at breakfast

The room was on the top floor with windows on 3 sides with great views and light. It is on the back side of the building and is very quiet, large and private with a deck. The. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel has many good restaurants and convenient shops. Just down the street is the Florenc station with access to the Metro and many busses and trams.
Nothing, I couldn’t get over what a lucky choice we made.

It is so clean. Breakfast is also good. Location is near to tram and metro station.
I stayed at 6th floor. But there is still tram noise in the room. In addition, next room voice is also clear. So hotel should do some sound insulation. Not that much voice but it is negative.

The room was nice and comfortable, pretty spacious for a double room. The location is convenient, about 30-35 minutes to the city center by foot. Also,there are several options for public transport if you prefer to use it. Good breakfast.
There could have been more options for breakfast. The space where it is served is quite small and it gets pretty crowded in peak times.

Excellent staff, great breakfast offerings, nice location just outside of the main tourist hot-spots.
Not much to dislike really, stayed for 9 nights and haven’t come away with any real negative to note all things considered.
