Fair
Breakfast included and generous, hot and cold. Location close to Florenc subway, very central, lots of coffees and restaurants in Karlin area. Affordable rates. Reception, and all staff friendly and helpful.
Many rooms are on the main road with trams and can be noisy if you are easily disturbed during the night. Rooms furniture dark and a little tired.

1. Very nice and newly refurbished boutique hotel
2. Spacious and super clean room & toilet, comfy beds
3. Very very good location few steps away from the metro/tram station
4. Big grocery stores nearby for wines & chocolates
5. Few meters away from the bus station directly going to/from the airport (flixbus, regiojet)
6. Staffs are all friendly
7. Cool breakfast area, also thumbs up to the lady working at the breakfast room

Huge comfortable room with sofa. Beautiful bathroom. Complimentary bottle of wine. Delicious breakfast. Lovely staff. Excellent location.
No bulk toiletries...only little plastic bottles.

The room itself seems recently refurbished and feels cosy. Decent cleaning levels.
The main issue with the hotel is the lack of hospitality services. If youre visiting Mucha with the expectation of being treated as a guest and being offered help when needed(like in most of the other hotels), then youre wrong. In order to borrow an iron and an iron board, you have to go down to the reception by yourself because no one else is available to deliver it to your room. In addition to that, the water pressure in our bathroom was horrible to the point that most of the time we struggled to get any heated water in the bathroom. I cant forget to tell that we noticed some ants within the room. I asked for the room to be changed but they refused and did not offer any form of compensation for what we went through during our stay. They blamed the water problem on the city pipes.

I always stay here when in Prague if possible. Great hotel.
The smell from the Indian Restaurant downstairs can get a little tiring.
Additionally there was an issue with the water pressure in my room which I think was an exterior problem due to work going on outside. Nevertheless not great when you are trying to have a shower and there is no more than a dribble of water.

Almost everything. The room (which was upgraded to a deluxe suite) was very spacious, the bed was really comfortable and the bath was really good. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very good experience.
The bath towels were a bit small and not very soft. The room also had a few marks of dust, specially in the mirror over the bed. The breakfast was ok but could have more variety. Nothing too major that would compromise the experience.

Wonderful
Comfy beds and staff couldn't be more helpful. Even provided a takeout breakfast as we were catching early train to airport. Close enough to Old Town to walk everywhere yet beside metro and trams.
