Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast offerings. The hotel is close to the city transit hub. It is close enough to the usual tourist sites for them to be accessible.

Breakfast was amazing.
Location is perfect.
Room was great.
Unfortunately we met bad weather conditions (heavy rain) and water start leaking from couple of points into the room.
We immediately reported the issue and the management offered:
1. boxes to contain the water to avoid the drops on the carpet
2. to change the room
About 1. we solved ourself by using the trash bin already in the room and couple of towels to lower down the noise of dropping tears.
About 2. we refused to change the room as we were already at the end of the vacation and the time consumed to apply the move wasn't worth.

The decor is outstanding. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing. The breakfast offerings were delicious and the cave where it is served is beautiful. The location is perfect for the train and bus. Would highly recommend!
