We booked the hotel for 10 nights
We liked the room heating, location -a few meters from the Florenc station. The staff were super nice, the vintage style, the breakfast room was amazing, the room was so beautiful with a heating hanger for the towels. The beds were truely amazing and comfotable.
There was dust between the mirror and the bed.

Nice interior and design, location was decent and good staff.
It was dirty, a lot of dust in mirror, the sheets were dirty and not cleaned. We even found a pair of socks from someone that stayed there previously... gross!
I had requested one big bad and got two small ones.

Loved the room layout that we were given, the foyer in the room made us feel like we are in a house and entrance passage was huge enough to keep our luggage and open 2 big bags together and the room space was great to relax and sit around. we loved the room and bathroom was clean and spacious too. Staff was cordial and helpful too. Breakfast spread was too good, we had a wholesome meal experience every morning.
We liked everything, only during the night the area becomes bit deserted and few or no people you would see on the approaching roads and we felt a bit uncomfortable while walking back to the hotel. I am sure the area is safe but my wife and I felt little that way. Rest we enjoyed everything about the hotel.

Big comfortable room, nice location, nice staff, the room looks new.
Breakfasts was good, but I didn’t find buckwheat porridge, or couscous or rice. I like long carbohydrates for breakfast. I saw only sweet cereals, its not enough (

Spotless, quiet room, comfortable bedding and excellent breakfast buffet. Near Florence bus station, tram, metro and local bus stops made it ideal for our visit to Prague.

Our stay at Hotel Mucha was excellent. The staff is very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to Martina at the reception, who welcomed us on our first day and kindly provided detailed information about the city of Prague.
The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from both the metro and bus stations, which makes exploring the city very easy.
The value for money is really good, offering great service at a fair price. Rooms are also very clean and well maintained.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Mucha to anyone visiting Prague.

I had a short enjoyable stay at hotel mucha! This is a very nice, clean and well run hotel. My room in the sixth floor had a nice view over the city, was spacious and i liked the overall design! Bonus points if you are interested in mucha the painter as you have many of his paintings on the floor walls. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about prague and czechia which i valued. Breakfast, shower and ac all very good, location is close to metro and bus station florenc in one of my preferred parts of prague. Highly recommended, would stay again!

All good except Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi either wouldn't connect, or would drop after connecting. I talked to the front desk and she said it was happening to her too.
