Located 656 feet from the Florenc Metro Station, the Hotel Mucha offers easy access to the heart of Prague. The spacious and modern rooms, reconstructed in 2020, feature free WiFi and tea/coffee makers. Hotel Mucha is a nice and warm hotel. Its appearance is in the old traditional Czech style. The location is not in the city center, but it is accessible by public transport. A good restaurant is right across the street from the hotel. The hotel does not have parking, but there is a public garage 5 minutes walk away and it is paid with a hotel discount. The room is spacious, the bathroom is nice, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good, the staff is friendly. I recommend it.

Nice interior and design, location was decent and good staff.
It was dirty, a lot of dust in mirror, the sheets were dirty and not cleaned. We even found a pair of socks from someone that stayed there previously... gross! I had requested one big bad and got two small ones.

During the last years we used to stay in hotel Mucha at least twice per year, regardless of whether we are visiting Prague privately or for work. This is simply our favourite hotel because of location, perfect services, perfect breakfast, perfect rooms, reasonable price. There is no reason for change.

Wonderful room, really convenient bed, too much worthy for its price! Very close to metro station and to the bus station! Also the breakfast was very tasty.

Breakfast was good, the hotel is located close to public transport stops, lots of stores around. The staff was helpful. The room was super warm, we had to reduce the heating. Overall it was good value for money. The room included Basilur tea which is very tasty.
The hotel itself feels dated and tired: the lifts are slow, the door is locked by a key with a huge wooden knob on it and you can leave it at the reception. I understand the “old town vibe”, but it’s annoying. The water in minibar was very expensive, I understand paying for other stuff like chocolate and chips, but a bottle of water per guest should be free.

We love the design of the room, its hallways and everything else. The hotel staffs are excellent in their communication and service. The hotel is clean and tidy. Location of the hotel is also strategic, surrounded with metro and tram stations, super markets, drug stores, and everything else you possibly need. It is also just a few mins walk to the Florence Bus Station where you could travel to other EU cities / cities in Czech Republic. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the room layout that we were given, the foyer in the room made us feel like we are in a house and entrance passage was huge enough to keep our luggage and open 2 big bags together and the room space was great to relax and sit around. we loved the room and bathroom was clean and spacious too. Staff was cordial and helpful too. Breakfast spread was too good, we had a wholesome meal experience every morning.
We liked everything, only during the night the area becomes bit deserted and few or no people you would see on the approaching roads and we felt a bit uncomfortable while walking back to the hotel. I am sure the area is safe but my wife and I felt little that way. Rest we enjoyed everything about the hotel.
