Fantastic location, apartment was clean and nicely decorated, unit was quiet as it faced the courtyard.
There was only enough coffee for the first morning, more would be appreciated especially for the price. The booking stated a washing machine, I never found one.

The location was great and even though there is no physical reception it is very easy to contact via phone. The people at reception were very nice. The room itself was comfortable, new and well equipped.
Unfortunately the first room we were in we suspect had bed bugs. We acknowledge this is becoming a common problem across the world. When we bought the problem to reception they immediately gave us a new better room. They were fast to react, but when the cleaner came to inspect the old room, she said she found nothing. However we found evidence of one and had bite marks consistent with bed bugs. There was also no laundry service provided or help from the hotel regarding our luggage. We have now arrived home and have tried to clean everything but our worries about bringing them home have created anxiety and cost us money. Unfortunately we have already found one bed bug hitchkicking in our luggage.

The room size and amenities were fantastic. The bathroom was a good size and well decorated. We enjoyed the wall murals throughout. There were plenty of pillows and towels in the room, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was fabulous, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance, and the public transport was nearby.
1. Bedside tables. Room 209 has the bed stuck in an alcove with no bedside tables. It is a bit of a squeeze to get in and out of the bed, and there is no place to put anything like a glass or phone to use as a clock.
2. There was no detergent for the dishwasher.
3. The counter space in the bathroom was minimal in our room.
4. There is no sign when you walk in indicating where the elevator is. We had to ask the staff at the coffee shop.

Great location within walking distance to many places of interest. Grocery markets nearby making it convenient to prepare healthy food in the well-equipped kitchen rather than eat out all the time. Quiet, clean, modern and comfortable room as described and shown in photos. Online staff (not onsite) was responsive to inquiries and sent a person to fix heater and in-room safe. Also refreshed towels when requested.

Comfortable, good bed, amazing location, easy access to room (enjoyed no contact access), good facilities, good tv, good bath, noise free.
Nothing. It was a good stay with few to dislike. Maybe daily towels change would be nice. Providing some cheap, cotton indoor shoes/sandals would be a good touch, but I can understand why it’s not super necessary.
