location perfect,
the property is newly renovated, beautiful
probaly teething problems of a new property:
1. heating was not working at all (technical problem) - service provided us promptly by an electric heater - a bit noisy for a good night sleep
2. there is bad smell in the bathroom - I guess some of the siphoons were not installed perfectly (again a technical problem of a brandnew property)
3. on the first evening the main lights simply went completely off (could not be switched on at all) - so the "smart light scenes" were just a nuisance. Too much technology, if not working.
if these will be solved - the place would deserve 10/10

Location, big spacy studio, nice bed
There was nobody to assist you, there is no housekeeper so the bed was not made up, we had no fresh towels and there was no cleaning.

Location steps from Old Town, super convenient. Room was so large and spacious and high ceilings. Loved the design, kitchenette and overall super comfortable and stylish. Easy access to building, lift and room with 1 code.
Strong sewer smell from bathroom, will go away when fan is turned on but still quite pungent. No check in area and front door code doesn't work before check in. So need to call staff to come open so we can store luggage before check in time.

It was a great stay at Botanist by Adrez. The room was very clean, and beautifuly decorated. It had everything one would need. It has the great location, in the center of old town. Short walking distance to most of attractions and restaurants.
We were able to get a very fast support while our stay from the online customer service. We would love to stay again if we go back next time we visit Prague! And I will definitely suggest it to my friends!

Good location. Modern and clean and good design and spacious . Secure
Bad smell from shower drain constantly . Having to enter codes was a bother . There should be a shelf in the shower to put items you need to use . The huge bathroom sink is unnecessary — takes up so much space and nowhere to put two cosmetic bags . We stayed for four nights and only coffee for two mornings left for us . Should not have had to call reception number to get more ( we didn’t bother )

It was cleaned when we got there.
We only got one bath towel each for three days stay, no one came to clean or give additional towels. Sign to collect trash was hang on the door but trash was not collected. Our bins were full by the time we checked out.

The property was gorgeous! Everything we could have asked for and more. We really loved our stay. The bed was comfy, the pillows were great. The shower and bathroom were lovely. The Botanist knows how to make you feel right at home. We LOVED our stay in Prague. Seriously, anyone reading this, I love traveling around Europe from the U.S. and this might be our favorite place! look no further with your next stay. Can’t wait to go back.

It is very new and the design is very modern. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric burner. The location is PERFECT - near everything. The apartment is quiet.
I would have like to have salt/pepper. You can cook and buying it for few uses is wasteful.

The location was excellent and the apartment itself was great - fully stocked kitchen which is great for an extended stay. Plenty of space as well.
Check in process was a little confusing. I had reached out to see if we’d be able to check in about 45 minutes early and was told no but they could store our bags just ring the bell when I arrived. There is no bell. I reached out via WhatsApp and was told yes the bell is next to the door - there is literally no bell. Ended up standing outside for the 45 minutes until our code worked because we didn’t want to drag our luggage around the city.
Only other downside is the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on concrete. My neck and back still hurt.

Perfect location. A block away from the street that connects old and new Prague, don’t was in the middle of everything yet tucked away and quiet. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

Ive never had better amenities and comfort at a city center location. Also it was quiet. The bed and bedding high end. Flat screen smart TV was a nice comfort. Also its a suite with kitchen. Great location.
Iive never stayed at such a contactless hotel. Have your code ready. I did not and it was a bit of a surprise but the customer service via WhatsApp was very responsive and sorted me out quickly. Its all online. I did not see a real person my entire 4 day stay. That said I didnt care.

The location was amazing, close to center and public transportation.
The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and designed vary well.
We had everything we need.
The staff was vary nice and helpful,
They gave us a crib for the baby and late checkout witch was super comfortable for us.
