It seems like it was fully renovated recently. Room was really clean and comfortable. Great location almost all major attractions within walking distance. This is a great place to stay.

There were no staff! There was poor signage so it took me half an hour to find my room!! I had issues inside the room but it’s an unmanned property so you’re on your own

location was great, super central and the rooms were very nicely organized. check in was easy and overall happy with the place.
also place is super easy to reach by public transport
i had requested early check in (1 hour earlier) and didnt get any response until i had to call once i was there. still the team managed to let us in earlier.
i was charged over 10% more 'due to ex rate'. well, not the first time i go to a country with different ex rate and paying with the same card, on top there were no currency spikes, so surely was going to choose different place if i knew the final price which was never indicated until it was taken from account.. and then yes, was too late for anything to be done..
the room was super nice, as i said but had a smell of not fresh air, like an older place. so what one does - opens the window..only to have the smell of the kitchen from the restaurant straight in, so would really

A delightful and tastefully designed studio, impeccably furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The high-quality furnishings and attention to detail created a welcoming atmosphere. The location is outstanding, just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.

We rented the Garden Studio, and it was absolutely wonderful. The location is excellent and close to everything, while the interior design and furniture are elegant and beautifully chosen. I would have loved to give it a perfect 10/10, but I’m giving it a 7/10 because of the issues I will mention in the points below.
The check-out time was 10:00 AM, which we felt was far too early, especially for people on holiday rather than on a work schedule. Prague is a city well known for its nightlife, so we would have really appreciated a check-out time of 12:00 PM, giving guests a chance to rest after an evening out.
We even asked if it would be possible to extend our check-out until noon for an additional fee, but unfortunately our request was declined. Because of this, we ended up cancelling our evening plans and going back early so we could get enough sleep and wake up in time. However, during the night the fire alarm went off and the entire building had to be evacuated. As a result, we missed out on our night out, couldn't get proper rest, and still had to leave the hotel at 10:00 AM, which was quite disappointing.

We had a great stay at The Botanist by Adrez. The location is excellent — very central and easy to walk to Old Town, Charles Bridge, restaurants, cafés, and public transport.
The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well designed. It had everything we needed for a short stay, including utensils for cooking, plenty of wardrobe/storage space, a comfortable bed, and a sofa-cum-bed. There is also a nice café on the ground floor, which was very convenient.
The digital check-in/check-out process was smooth, and communication with the Adrez team was helpful throughout.
We also appreciated how professionally they handled an accidental TV damage issue during our stay. They were fair in the damages charged and mature in the way they dealt with it, which we really appreciated.
Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend The Botanist for couples or anyone looking for a central Prague base.
Nothing major. For our departure to the train station, Bolt was showing a nearby pickup point rather than the apartment entrance, which would have been slightly inconvenient with large luggage on cobbled streets. However, the Adrez team arranged a car that came directly to the entrance at a similar price point, which was very helpful.

Modern, stylish, thoughtfully designed - these apartment are fully & beautifully equipped for a comfortable stay. The layout is amazing, the furnishings are high-quality, and the location is ? —short walk from the Old Town Square. A great choice for both comfort and convenience.
We had to walk with kit luggage to and from the Bolt drop-off. It was fine for us, though may be less convenient with kids or heavier luggage. Otherwise, I really can’t think of anything else - it’s a fantastic place for both leisure & business stays.

Fantastic location, apartment was clean and nicely decorated, unit was quiet as it faced the courtyard.
There was only enough coffee for the first morning, more would be appreciated especially for the price. The booking stated a washing machine, I never found one.
