One of the best experience I've ever had. The room, the staff, Prague, everything! :) I can highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

We were there 6 nights in total Location is excelent. Nice neighborhood. Main atraccins are walking distance Rooms are confortable and quiet Mr Honza, at reception, was very helpful and kind. He solved all our needs and made everything easy.

Very pretty and large room and bathroom. Super location close to old town square and river. Staff nice and communicative.
Nothing. The breakfast isnt included but they have an agreement with another hotel that has a buffet you can purchase. That was good although a little hard to find, its only a block away.

Huge room, fantastic location, not fancy but comfortable. Everything worked well (except the tv, but that didn't bother us) and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's no F&B outlet (or at least the one downstairs wasn't operating when we were there), but that was fine as there are great options nearby. The partner hotel Golden Deer is fine, but Bond Cafe round the corner is excellent.
If you arrive after 11pm reception is closed and you need access to a lockbox for the key. That's fine, but the hotel is very hidden away and would be tricky to find for first-timers. Even our taxi driver from the airport had to call them twice to locate it! There's a coffee maker in the room but they charge 25czk for the capsules, which seems a bit petty as they are giving free instant coffee and tea bags for free. It makes the coffee maker seem like a grudging offer.

Fantastic front desk service. We loved the location and the room with our balcony view.
The turn over service was lacking. One day they failed to refill the toilet paper. Another day, they didnt refill our instant coffee and creamer.
I also found it petty, considering how much we spent on the room, the hotel would charge 1 Euro for every Nespresso pod we used. We would go around the corner of the hotel and buy real coffee for 1.5 Euro

The location of the hotel was perfect, with it being such a short walk to the heart of the city. Staff was also super friendly and gave some recommendations on what bars and restaurants to visit. The rooms were also super fun and unique with the classic almost Victorian feel still there.
No real complaints other than the hotel is due for some updates. The elevator is small and quite loud, and although the old feel of the rooms was nice for the experience, there are some parts that could be updated, like carpets and curtains.

The hotel room was absolutely huge and really nice! It was amazing value for money considering how big it was, and it was very clean.
The instructions for arrival after 11pm were unclear, and we were not aware that there was 2 separate buildings so needed more information.

The double-bedroom flat was beautiful (184). One of the shower doors was not working very well but we managed. Breakfast was nice in the hotel next door. The location was ideal for the Old Town as we could walk everywhere.
A bit too hot in the bedrooms, has to leave the windows opened during the day with the curtains closed to keep them, cooler, but close them at night as there was too much noises from the bars in the street below us.
