Room and bathroom were enormous. Location could not be beat. Bed was comfy and they left chocolates and champagne for New Years! I was woken several nights by a repetitive banging sound but wasn't sure if it was coming from inside the building or out.
The motion sensitive lights go off too quickly or don't come on quickly enough in the hallways and stairs. This was especially concerning on the stairs which are a little tricky.

Perfect location
The rooms were very cold even after we turned on the heat. Also, the cleaning lady turned it down in our second day making the room get even colder.

The location was perfect - a very short walk to the old town square and Charles bridge and etc. There is an elevator (lift), the shower pressure was good and strong, ample hot water. The balcony is adorable.
No complaints. Just be aware that the reception is separated from the rooms by a little alley.

Excellent location, clean room, great AC in peak summer, kind and super helpful staff who went out of their way to be of assistance!
Nothing! As one set of rooms has not elevator access, if someone has mobility issues, makes sure to book a room in the other set of rooms, which do have elevator access.

Close proximity to everything
It was noisy at night, it’s not a regular hotel you have to wander to find the property, construction all around and difficult to reach property, shower water flows out to bathroom , hot water takes times and finally there is drainage smell in bathroom but since it’s old town it might be common. No utensils or plates available as well
