staff were very friendly and welcoming. We received complimentary coffee upon arrival, and the breakfast offered plenty of choices. As an added bonus, they extended our parking hours at no extra cost.

At first, the room was facing the street. I asked for a quieter room, but they said none were available. However, when I entered the room, I noticed it was very noisy.
The bathroom was dirty, and there was mold around the sink faucet. After I complained, they immediately changed my room and gave me a quieter one.
The toiletries and shampoo tea coffee glasses were only provided for two people instead of three, so I had to repeatedly go and ask for additional items myself. Overall, I spent a lot of time following up on these issues.
I ended up staying one more night because I did not have the energy to move to another hotel. That extra night was not booked through Booking.com.

Excellent location to visit Prague. Main attractions within walking distance. Good arrangements to park your car.

Location, proximity of public transport.
There is no air conditioning, no bathroom ventilation, and there is an active construction site immediately next to the hotel (extremely noisy from 7 am to 5 pm).

Kind and good welcome by reception..
Construction works wake you up at 7:30..and reception gives parking option depending on her mood, within 5 minutes 2 different replies we got with my collegue..
Bathroom should have soap for hands !!

The staff was very kind and helpful, the room spacious and clean, bed comfortable and location excellent for the Prague Half Marathon. Wifi was very good. Also, a positive surprise was the free sandwiches and bottle of wine that was includes. Thanks!
Nothing major: While the room and bathroom were clean, it could receive an update. TV size and signal, the height of the shower head (+/- 160cm), and wooden floor are examples.
