available staff, location is great, they gave us gifts at the arrival and when leaving.
Breakfast is really good, probably the best aspect, also visit their macaron shop, they have delicious food!
For being a 4 star hotel it was missing many things you would expect: coffee machine, better bathroom amenities, modern rooms, smart TV, gym,...
Bathroom shower was not working properly and also it was a bit stinky of humid.
Overall for that price we would have expected better.

We had a wonderful family stay in Prague! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We loved the delicious breakfast—it was a great start to our day. A huge plus was the free parking, even though it’s a short 5-minute walk from the property. Our room was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable; having a bathtub was a lovely bonus for relaxing. While the property has a classic feel and could benefit from a modern renovation, it offers amazing value for money for a Prague trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, affordable hotel with parking!

Breakfast is good, but the options should be expanded and other food items added. It's also preferable to serve premium coffees.
The hotel needs renovation, particularly regarding the rooms compared to the accommodation prices, and additional services should be added to the bathrooms. The flooring also needs renovation and refurbishment.

Perfect location, so all the places I wanted visited where in a walking distance. Very friendly staff.
Wide selection of food for breakfast, so definitely it is a good idea to dedicate enough time. We were going for breakfast early, not that many people there but lot of delicious pastry.
Since it was still quite chilly outside, I really appreciated the mulled wine at the reception that was prepared for the guest - it helped us to get warm.

Quiet and affordable, with very good breakfast. Near all the city attractions.

Perfect location. Kind staff. Comfy beds. Room had everything we needed. Complimentary bottle of wine at arrival; a very nice toich. Gift magnet at check-out, which was a really cute thing. Breakfast was amazing, all kinds of food, we ate very well.
No lift, but they have staff who can take your suitcases up for you.
Pillows were not good for us, but that's a matter of personal choice.
These are minor things,,the hotel is wonderful.
