Perfect location, so all the places I wanted visited where in a walking distance. Very friendly staff.
Wide selection of food for breakfast, so definitely it is a good idea to dedicate enough time. We were going for breakfast early, not that many people there but lot of delicious pastry.
Since it was still quite chilly outside, I really appreciated the mulled wine at the reception that was prepared for the guest - it helped us to get warm.

Quiet and affordable, with very good breakfast. Near all the city attractions.

Perfect location. Kind staff. Comfy beds. Room had everything we needed. Complimentary bottle of wine at arrival; a very nice toich. Gift magnet at check-out, which was a really cute thing. Breakfast was amazing, all kinds of food, we ate very well.
No lift, but they have staff who can take your suitcases up for you.
Pillows were not good for us, but that's a matter of personal choice.
These are minor things,,the hotel is wonderful.

The staff and facility was outstanding. I had access to the Executive Lounge and that was a very nice perk. Additionally, the breakfast was very expansive and great quality
It would have been nicer if the parking had been closer, but that was really a minor inconvenience.

All the staff, but especially Jakub at the reception desk, is amazing! They were very professional, patient, and helpful--A plus! We traveled with our dogs so the park right across the street was super helpful. Also, the tram stop was right outside the hotel doors. Everything about the location was great! The breakfast was delicious! Great hospitality!
The beds could have been more comfortable. Also, there wasn't a barrier to prevent the shower from soaking the surroundings. A small glass was located on the far end of the tub, which did nothing to keep the water from spraying onto the floor and counters.

The location was very convenient, and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, but the real highlight was the staff, who were absolutely brilliant, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel itself feels somewhat dated and would benefit from renovation, particularly in the rooms and common areas. While everything functioned adequately, the facilities no longer feel modern.

Location is great, just outside old Town. Staff is incredible! We received about 7 different gifts while there, from souvenirs to complementary access to executive lounge. They also comped our pet fee! Everyone was amazing!

Staff were impeccably nice and helpful. Perfect location within walking distance to the bus terminal, tram, and train. The room was spacious for two people, with big, soft, comfortable beds. Very clean, and luggage storage was a big plus.
