Very kind and helpful staff and additional discounts on tours and activities. Various selection at breakfast.
There was no AC in the room. It cooled down nice in the evening and there was a fan too, but prob. less comfortable on hot days.

A hotel in the proximity of the city centre with the friendliest staff ever, spacious rooms with two separate bathrooms, free parking included in the price and alegedally an excellent breakfast which, we unfortunately didn't try. Give it a try, it's worth it

Good location and proffesional perssonel.
It was very nice to have couch in standard room.
And lets be honest, for such price in Prague there are no so much options (and not only in city center).
We had room with windows on road and it's quite a noise, so bring earplugs or be ready to close windows. There is no air conditioning (as in most historic Prague buildings) so it could be tough in summer.
Room was a bit dusty.
I don't know what happened to almost all hotels lately, but disposable slippers are very rare these days and very missed. Hoteliers, if you are reading this, please consider next. We all appreciate slippers in the room. For quite cheap and easy move, you can get much better grades only by having those ;)

This was such a great 2-night stay in Prague! The hotel was lovely, the staff couldn't have been friendlier. Our dog was allowed everywhere, in the breakfast room and the executive lounge too! We got lots of freebies that was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was also excellent!
On the first night our neighbours had issues with getting into their room and they were talking really loudly outside with the receptionist. This was around midnight. Luckily after a while they were asked to wait for the locksmith in the lobby, but the receptionist should've known better than making calls in front of other guests rooms.

Excellent location, free parking. Delicious breakfasts. The biggest advantage of this hotel is Mrs. Anel from the reception. Very nice and polite, she kindly answered all our questions.
