We had a great 3-night stay at Hotel Merkur in Prague! The location was incredibly convenient — the Tesnov metro station is just across the road, and the Florenc bus station (where FlixBus operates) is only a 5-minute walk. We used it to travel to Český Krumlov and later to Bratislava, which made things very easy.
The hotel itself was very good — clean, comfortable, and welcoming. They even surprised us with thoughtful freebies like a bottle of wine, fridge magnets, and gift boxes.
A big shoutout to Anel at the reception — she was extremely helpful and had such a warm and cheerful personality. She made our stay even more pleasant with her assistance and hospitality.
Highly recommend Hotel Merkur for anyone visiting Prague — excellent location, great service, and a personal touch that makes you feel at home.

Staff was exceptional, helped us even before coming to hotel because we had to travel with our two dogs.
The communication was really good.
Hotel is in a great location.
Bed was very comfortable and the room size was very generous, with high ceilings and space for everything.
Parking spot is nearby, but I could stop anyway my car for some minutes in front of the hotel.
The breakfast was quite complete with variety, but the bread was not very fresh, and the sweets not very sweet. Anyway that is more of a personal taste.

Hotel je cist, dorucak raznovrstan, osoblje je jako profesionalno i ljubazno. Do znamenitosti se moze doci pesaka, blizu je sve, ali je i prevoz odmah pored hotela, za ome koji ne mogu pesaciti.
