Location, staff and food were great.
Bed was very firm. People like myself sleep on a softer mattress. So It was a little uncomfortable other than that, we had great stay.

I can’t believe this hotel has 4 star. The facilities are old. They transferred us 3x in different rooms. First the room was super smelly, 2nd room the shower holder is broken and tv isn’t working plus 1 blanket was missing. We were 4 and only 3 beds are ready to be used. The last room, shower holder was still the same and we decided to not say anything bec we didn’t want to be transferred again to another room. They compensated us with lounge access, which was a total joke because there’s almost nothing in there. This hotel should be renovated and the ratings here in booking.com are fooling people. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. We paid so much for way less than expected. The only highlight is the staff. They were all nice and tried their best but there’s nothing they could really do.

Breakfast is so good, a lot of choices can make your day has a good start and health!
The shower room need to be changed be honest...No curtain cover the bathtub and no anti-slip design inside and outside the bathtub. It's quite danger.

The first night didn’t go well—the room was smaller than expected and not as clean as we’d hoped. But once we raised the issue, the hotel team quickly stepped in and handled it with grace. The new room was lovely, the amenities were great, and we really appreciated the daily check-ins from staff. What could’ve been a disappointing stay turned into a really great experience.

It's a nice hotel with an amazing location and private parking. Everything was great, breakfast was delicious and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. You get a Prague pass that gives you some discount at different touristic attractions (which we forgot to use, haha). We drove here and parking in the city centre seems very complicated. The hotel parking is literally 2min walk away from the hotel so it wasn't an inconvenience. It's an old building so don't expect the most luxurious place, but it was clean and comfortable and everything worked well.
