The location is nice, allowing you to experience the city highlights easily by feed. The staff was very helpful and friendly, supporting in various topics.
Unfortunately, the hotel did not had any air conditioning. The hotel offered ventilators, but this did not provide much of relief for the ongoing heatwave.

- No Air Conditioning is an absolute no go these days, unfortunately

The staff is super nice and helpful. They couldn’t do more to make us feel welcome and they provided free water bottles in the hot days. Moreover, the location is great and close to most of the places that one would visit.
The is no air conditioning in the room and we had to bare the 34 degrees without that. Could barely sleep. Moreover, the breakfast was terrible, never seen a hotel that does not offer neither croissants nor omelette for breakfast. In addition, there is a very poor collection of fruits.

We stayed at the hotel for just one night during our visit to Prague and arrived late, after check-in hours. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the young man at the reception, I’m sorry if I spell his name incorrectly(Daniil)for being so welcoming, waiting for our arrival, and taking the time to explain everything to us in detail.
A big thank you also to Irina, who greeted us the following morning at the reception. She was just as kind, friendly, and helpful.
I would say that the staff are what truly make this hotel exceptional. They are warm, attentive, understanding, and genuinely caring people who do their job 10 out of 10.
As for the hotel itself, the bed could have been a little more comfortable, but overall we have no real complaints. The location is convenient and close to the city center, the hotel has everything you need, it was quiet at night, and the room was clean and well maintained.
We were very happy with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! The welcome was exceptionally warm, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were greeted with a complimentary glass of prosecco, and another bottle was waiting for us in our room, which was a lovely touch.
The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, the breakfast was tasty, and the underground parking, although a bit of a walk from the hotel, was convenient to use.
Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again!
