The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

We were put in the new wing of the hotel and the room was very clean.
The heating in the room worked flawlessly
We had a small, silent fridge in the room. We didn't use it, but the fact that it didn't make noise was a plus
I recommend the hotel
The experience was nearly flawless.
The one thing is maybe that the parking is at a 5 minute walk. Given that there's limited space in front of the hotel, you have to plan your check-out a bit. I ended up going to retrieve the car, left it in the parking across the street and after that we got our bags and checked out.
But the parking is free.

Location, breakfast
The room did not reflect what it is advertised on the photos. The bed was shorter than 2 m. The bathroom smelled of smoking.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, rooms were large, and it was nice to have a little refrigerator in my room. The breakfast buffet was overly abundant. They set up my morning transport to the airport airport, which was five minutes early to pick me up. And although I’ve never seen such a high bathtub and deep, I had a nice long soak in one of the deepest bathtubs I’ve ever seen. And while the hotel seems like it’s on the very edge of the old town area. It’s really quite well located 10 minute walk to old town Square and the restaurants just on the side street on the south end of the block were wonderful. Skelp restaurant is a little hidden gem in the neighborhood and did not feel touristy at all. Excellent food. The hotel has a vintage feel to it with large windows. That open into the night, air and high ceilings. Feels like you’re stepping a little bit back in time, and once again the staff was very helpful. They even gave me a wake up call which is really no longer a thing but the night desk man called my room right on time to make sure I was up for my early morning flight
Thank you very much. I will stay there again next year when I visit Prague.
Slightly dated but very adequate clean and roomie. I could’ve slept four people in my room comfortably.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to walk to the city center from the hotel. The breakfast was nice.
The hotel is close to a street with constant traffic, so if the windows were open, it was a bit noisy.

Great location. Had parking in a lot about 5 min walk. Breakfast looked great, we did not eat. Had a nice area for use 1300-2100 with some light snacks, coffee, beer, wine, drinks that was nice after walking all day before dinner. Great location. Staff could not have been nicer!

The staff.
The room is worse than I ever imagined. There was full of insects everywhere in the room on the bed sheet and ceiling. The floor is dirty of dust and spider. I could not stay for an hour I left immediately to another hotel. Very bad experience

Very nice and helpful staff, clean room with everything we needed. Hotel is located in walkable distance from city centre. We came with a car and parking was uncomplicated. Highly recommend!

The breakfast is great, so much to choose from. The bed was comfortable, large pillows, large bathroom. Hotel is a historic place close to restaurants and cafes nearby, easy walk to the old town, but tram stop right in front if you want it
My first reaction was disappointment because of the dirty sidewalk, smell of urine when you first walk up to the door, car parking is in a dirty, shady area under the bridge but the car survived the two nights. The building is a maze of corridors, rooms are pretty small, room looked out onto a wall
