Its the worst hotel in Prague, everything its dirty, the carpet , the walls , the bathroom not has hot water, the shower was broken . All the rooms smell bad ,

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Location was good, next to station and center, not too far to walk either. Good bars near to have a morning coffee.
One night alarm was on 2 hours and nobody even answered a phone or said sorry next morning. My white t-shirt was missing on last day so be careful not to leave white clothes on the bed, it seems they do not see differences between clothes and bed sheets.

about 10 minutes walk from subway station Dejvicka - good breakfast - everything was very clean
filling out paper forms on check-in although I have provided all my details on booking.com - smell of the room could be improved - bathroom could be renowated

Very good and polite people on the reception . They help me with my reservation without any problems ! Nice area , easy to park , good breakfast .
We go there as a sport group , with children , and one morning after my kid was injured in contest , and couldnt come to breakfast , while I was preparing for him a sandwich ( we have 6 nights accomodation with breakfast ) , an old lady working there , come to me and start yelling in Czech language for 10 minutes ! i tried to explain her in english , german , french , with my hands that this the payed breakfast that I m taking to my son in the room , because he can not walk ! The old scandalous woman , went to reception to get some help . I explain the situation to that poor receptionist , but she told me that the old woman is the owners mother , and that I should try to bring my son down

When we came to our room- it what in a room look like attic (and it probably was), there was no warm water in the shower from the time we arrived at the noon until 18:30. In addition, on the first moment we opened the door of the bathroom the door handel fell apart. The breakfast was very poor and we decided to skip that. Also we was on the last floor and the alleviator didn't work for few hours.

The staff was really helpful, and the hotel was very clean.
The hotel is well connected, with the city centre, Prague castle and multiple parks within walking distance.
The rooms were a bit dated, the mattress was okay, but not great. Additionally, there were only two easily accessible contacts, one of which was required to keep the fridge powered.
