Wonderful
Close to tram and tour bus some very nice restaurants near a Tesco just up the road few minutes you are in city centre. Staff really good friendly and helpful clean and comfortable breakfast good we had a nice stay

Location
The room was located in the basement. The sound insulation was very poor — you could hear everything from the neighboring room. You could also hear the cleaners chatting by the door. The breakfast was not good, and neither was the coffee.

Almost everything is fine. We had a good stay. Facilities was ok
The hotel is a little old. The location is okay, but a little far from the center or other places.
Honestly, this was my first 4-star hotel. But the hotel is like mostly 3 star usual case with minor pluses

Very good location, not far fro Petrin and trams, but near enough to walkto Kampa and Charles Bridge.

Breakfast was ok. Checked all the basic boxes, but if you appreciate variety this is not a good option. It is clean and the antibacterial is appreciated.
Location is great. Very comfortable spot, easy to get by tram. Prefer this area over city centre. Castle is fairly close by, you can walk to major landmarks.
Bed was comfortable and wifi was good.
Felt in a lower category hotel. The general experience felt lower quality than expected. Few ammenities and lack of the good details you have come to expect from good 4 star hotels. Toilet paper was the cheapest available.

The breakfast at the hotel was very good, and the staff at the entrance were polite, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
The women working in the breakfast area could be a bit more friendly and welcoming. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Really great location, close to multiple tram stops and within easy walking distance of the centre. Good bakeries nearby, and the neighbourhood felt really safe even late at night. The room was big and clean, with plenty of space for luggage. The beds were very comfy, and the shower was powerful.
Very minor thing: some of the fittings were a little old. The shower kept drooping and was hard to keep in place, and the towel hooks were the sticky kind and one kept falling off the wall if we left a towel on it for too long. The hotel was very expensive for what it was, but that is a broad problem across Prague and not unique to this hotel. Otherwise a lovely stay.
