Wonderful
We liked the location, efficiency of staff, cleanliness & service of room & bedding. Being able to open the window was a bonus. The breakfast display was impressive. Check in & out was a breeze, in spite of a huge tour group arriving at the same time as us.
The air conditioner was not working effectively.

Very comfortable place, walking distance from the strain station, nearby shops, very tasty breakfast. They were very nice to prepare a breakfast bag since we had to leave very early in the morning.

Stylish comfortable room well maintained and in the heart of the city centre. Very comfy bed and good breakfast option.
There were no sockets near the bed. Walls are quite thin, so havibg noisy guests in the next room can be a nuissance.

The hotel is located 5 min walking from the main square in Prague.
The rooms are extremely noisy. It was honestly awful to hear the guests in the room above using the bathroom in the middle of the night — every sound carried through the walls and ceiling. The room temperature was uncomfortably high, and the heavy duvets made it impossible to sleep well.
Breakfast was absolutely not up to 4-star standards. Very limited products placed on small tables in a room packed with people, with tables pushed together because there wasn’t enough space. Not a pleasant experience at all.
The lobby was constantly crowded with people talking loudly at any hour of the day. Overall, a very stressful stay.
As an additional detail, a mop and bucket were left in the corridor from about 4 p.m. until at least 9 a.m. the next morning — not a serious issue on its own, but definitely a sign of poor attention to details and further proof that this is not a 4-star hotel.
Absolutely never again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were all polite and welcoming. Location is great and a short walk into the old town / main areas for food and shops
Walls were very thin, could hear everything from rooms next door and upstairs
Double bed was two singles pushed together so dip in bed and instead of double duvet it was two single duvets

The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities were very clean throughout and the location is quite central.
The front of house facilities such as the bar and restaurant areas are comparatively small.

Good price–quality hotel in a very convenient location. The breakfast was complete and satisfying, though the dining area is a bit small, so you may end up sharing a table. I personally didn’t mind, but I noticed some guests were uncomfortable with it. The breakfast staff and reception staff were respectful and discreet, though not particularly warm.
A special mention goes to the housekeeping team — the room and bathroom were immaculate throughout my stay. Overall, a solid stay and great value for the price.
